Newly renovated, this entire condo is located close to the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip, wineries, Geneva State Park and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor. This home is steps away from a scenic Lake Erie walkway offering breathtaking views of Lake Erie's gorgeous sunsets. Also located near the nationally known Indian Creek Camping Resort. We are also pet friendly! Local recommendations are located at the home. Enjoy everything the Lake Erie area of Northeast Ohio has to offer.

The space
This large unit sleeps up to 6 with plenty of room for everyone. Two bedrooms offer smart TVs with Hulu Live enabled, one room offers a queen size bed and the other a king size bed (2 twin XL). Full bathroom has a shower/tub combo. All linens and towels are in the unit for your use during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with all you need during your stay- fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, drip style coffer maker, cook/bakeware, dishes and utensils. The living area provides lots of space to enjoy together! Dining area to enjoy meals or games together. The living space offers plenty of seating, pullout sleeper sofa and smart TV with Hulu Live. Fire pit and charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) for guests all in a large treelined backyard. Private, attached 1 car garage with opener and other on site parking available. The middle of the strip is approximately 1 mile from our location. The best beach access (pet friendly) is Breakwater Beach about 5 minutes by car at the Geneva State Park.

There is an attached condo to this unit, all entrances, garage and living spaces are separate.

Starter pack provided for guest- 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags. Dish, hand soap and basic cleaning supplies are available in the unit for your use. Should you need more during your stay the closest store is located at Indian Creek Campground just around the corner.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental Property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest golf cart rentals are available. Street legal 6 seater golf carts are at each Sunset unit and available for our guests during their stay.
