WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING:
1. The price is ROOM ONLY. Good for 2 adults and 2 kids (12 years old and below). Our room can accommodate up to 5 guests, including children. Extra guests are subject to a fee.
For 2 adult guests who prefer to sleep in separate beds, please let us know before hand so we can prepare the room accordingly.
We’re just 35 minutes from Mactan International Airport and 45 minutes from Cebu City via CCLEX.
Our unit is just a 3-minute walk to Tambuli Resort.
2. We are located inside a gated community, our place is peaceful, private, and secure with 24/7 staff and CCTV. Surrounded by fresh air and lush greenery, it’s the perfect spot to relax by the beach. A refreshing escape from city life.
3. Tambuli Resort beach & pool access requires a voucher per person per day at P900. We’ll gladly assist you in getting a discounted one.
**Please note: Day-pass vouchers include beach and pool access only. The fitness gym is not included.
Use of Residential Lap Pool
Fee: ₱350 per adult, ₱350 per child
Maximum of 3 adults & 4 kids only
Important: Please message us in advance so we can arrange and register your names with the Property Management Office (closed on Sundays & holidays).
Note: Residential Lap Pool is unavailable every Wednesday for cleaning.
No voucher required if you simply want to walk around the resort, enjoy the view, relax at the resort, or dine at the restaurants.
For longer stays (minimum of 25 days), we offer FREE unlimited access for 30days to Tambuli Resort's beach, pools, and gym. Message us for better rates. More info about long stays below.
4. We provide sufficient extra linens, towels, and pillows for free during your stay. Additional requests beyond this will have a small fee.
5. We are part of Tambuli Seaside Living.
Tambuli Seaside Living and the Tambuli Resort and Spa share the same beautiful property; however, they’re run and managed separately. You're free to visit the resort anytime until 2AM.
6. Our location: 1 km away from the main road. Tower F, 21st floor. Local transport ‘Traysikol’ is available right outside Tambuli gate, which can take you to the main road for only ₱20 per person.
7. No smoking or vaping in the room. The smoking area is at Tower D. Pets or animals are not allowed anywhere within the Tambuli compound. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the room smells of smoke, as it takes extra time and labor to remove the smell.
8. There's a water heater in the shower and bathroom sink.
9. We offer complimentary housekeeping for unit maintenance:
2 week bookings: On the 8th day
1-month bookings: Once a month

10. Download Grab or Foodpanda app to order food from outside Tambuli. They cannot go inside the Tower F building. Get your food in front of the Tower F building entrance.
Kindly note that outside food is not allowed inside Tambuli Resort and Spa.
11. Use the Grab app to book a ride.

During Housekeeping:
> Quick cleaning and disinfecting of bathroom, floors & kitchen . We take cleanliness seriously, so for quick cleaning, we need about 2-3 hours to clean. For efficiency, we clean best when no one is inside. Kindly secure your valuables.

Guest access
We will ask for your IDs/Passports and visitor's IDs if applicable, to be submitted to the Property Management Office for registration. For everyone’s safety and privacy, only registered guests and visitors are allowed in the room.
Upon check-in, the security staff will confirm each guest's identity.
Access to Tambuli resort is until 2 AM.
Resort Pool and Beach schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 PM pool near Tipsy Dog.

Just a heads-up! Pest control happens twice a month—every 2nd and 4th—scheduled by building management.
