A very private, historic house , located right in the centre of the tiny village of San Giovanni d'Asso, in the Municipality of Montalcino; shops and restaurants are within walking distance (200 mt).It is suitable for a party of 14. Terrace and large hanging garden overlooking the valley .Fenced pool,chlorine cleansed, of 12x6 mt.

The space
This beautiful Tuscan villa is located in the very heart of a small village,quite hidden at the sight.
From the entrance hall ,after a few steps, you find on your left: a sitting-dining room with access on the terrace,a dining room with fireplace and a full equipped kitchen.
Turning right: a small sitting room with satellite TV, a large sitting room with coffered ceiling,1 double bedroom ,2 twin bedded rooms ,all of them with bathroom en suite,a family bathroom. At the mezzanine :an AC twin-double bedroom. After a short flight of stairs,at the first floor : 2 double AC bedrooms,1 AC twin bedded room,an AC sitting room,1 AC double bedroom,3 bathrooms. A long old travertine stairs brings you again to the ground floor.
A large comfortable space, where everyone can find a special spot where to stay,relaxing in the beauty of a real Tuscan family home.
