The space
The property is situated in a quiet residential street in the sought after southside suburb of Cathcart. The house is a stunning traditional red sandstone semi-detached villa built circa 1910. The exterior has a driveway, pretty front garden and secure south facing back garden. Perfect for soaking up the summer sun! The living space is set over 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen/dining room with table for 8, a separate utility room/cloakroom with washing machine and tumble dryer, and direct access to the rear garden, a toilet, formal lounge and separate living room. On the first floor, there are two large king-sized bedrooms with bay windows, a third good sized double bedroom and a bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower cubicle. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
