This condo is your home away from decorated, luxurious bedding, and a stocked kitchen for your short personal vacation or your extended business travel needs. Located in a quiet and private neighborhood, the complex offers a HEATED pool and BBQ area just feet from the condo. For visitors personal and business alike, this pristine condo in highly desired Old Town Scottsdale is sure to exceed all your expectations!
This home is newly renovated and has 2 spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms If you want a place close to the action then this is the place for you. The condo features a beautiful contemporary style with modern cabinetry, new appliances, and stone flooring downstairs with the same modern feel and carpeting in the bedrooms upstairs. The furniture throughout the home is modern style as well and provides a warm and "homey" feel to your stay. Bedrooms are equipped with hotel style "Tempur-pedic Cloud" mattresses with super soft and cozy linens completely soaking you in comfort. The main bathroom is stocked with toiletries, towels, and hair dryer, so you can pack light. Right outside the front door you enjoy the private seating area that looks out into the serene courtyard with pool and BBQ grills.
The condo will comfortably sleep 6, however, because there are only 2 main beds in the condo 1 or 2 people would need to sleep on either the living room sofa (shown in pictures) or the queen size air mattress that is available. Pets are welcome in the condo for an additional non-refundable pet fee. There are plenty of linens, towels, and blankets to accommodate you. There are also coin-operated washers and dryers on the premises if you need to do laundry during your stay.
Please note: This condo is located in an older complex in Old Town Scottsdale. During the fall/winter months (Oct - April), the unit has heating and during the spring/summer months (May - Sept) the unit has cooling.
Regarding the surrounding area of Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Arizona there is plenty to do here. This condo is about a 2 minute walk to the shopping, dining, and nightlife of Old Town Scottsdale. The Scottsdale Fashion Square mall (one of the largest malls in America) is extremely close as well as all the other major amenities that Downtown Scottsdale has to offer including the Scottsdale Art Walk, River Walk, San Francisco Giants Spring Training Baseball, Camelview Theaters (mainstream movie theater), live theaters and live music, comedy clubs, and excellent eateries and fine dining restaurants. If you typically cook-in there are great grocery stores close by as well carrying all the things that you need.
Other notable venues close by are: Talking Stick Casino, Salt River Fields (AZ Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies Spring Training) and the TPC Scottsdale.
Outdoorsy types have great hiking close-by at Camelback Mountain with the Cholla Trailhead a 10-15 minute walk from the condo. Mountain biking and other hiking trails can be found close-by as well. If golf is your thing, the condo is right around the corner from The Phoenician Golf Club with many other great courses near-by.
If you are coming to Scottsdale or Phoenix to explore, a quick drive will get you almost anywhere in the surrounding area. From white water rafting to wine tasting, to Arizona museums there is a lot to do in the Phoenix area! If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest this is an excellent place to keep your bags and use as your base camp. San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about a 5 hour drive away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, Arizona White Mountains, and AZ's wine country are 2-4 hours away. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore.

Great area that is close to the Old Town Scottsdale action allowing for easy walking around but far enough from it for peace and quiet.
Because the Phoenix metro area is very large, rental cars are probably the best way to get around. However, if you will just be staying in the Scottsdale area, the condo is close to most everything so walking can be your primary mode of transportation. Of course there is Uber/Lyft, taxis, buses, and Phoenix has a light rail system that primarily goes through the middle of the city.
1) Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Property. Evidence of smoking inside the Property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional cleaning fee charges to the Tenant as an Excessive Damage Cost, including but not limited to loss of Security Deposit.
2) People other than those in the Tenant's party set forth in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Tenant. Tenants are not allowed to exceed that which was give by the Tenant during booking.
3) Tenants should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quite hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am.
4) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5) Only use appliances for their intended use.
6) Pets are permitted only with prior approval and with a non-refundable Pet Deposit paid.
7) Damage: The cost of any unreasonable damage caused by THE RENTER will be deducted from the damage deposit.
THE RENTER will be responsible for any damage caused in excess of the damage deposit and will be invoiced separately.
The damage deposit will be voided and returned to THE RENTER by THE OWNER after the owner/caretaker has inspected the property.
8) General Conditions: The maximum number of guests using the rental premises shall not exceed the total number stated in the booking confirmation. Any party falsely representing the number of people, and/or exceeding the maximum, may be subject to immediate eviction without refund, including but not limited to Security Deposit.
THE RENTER shall, at his expense, and throughout the period of the rental, keep the property in a state of cleanliness and in good condition and repair. THE RENTER acknowledges that at commencement of the rental, the property is in good and substantial repair except for any defect THE RENTER may report to THE OWNER's representative during the first day of the rental. THE RENTER shall leave the property in good repair.
Any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported to THE OWNER or his representative immediately. The renter acknowledges that the use of the property is entirely at the renter's risk. The renter shall indemnify and save harmless THE OWNER against and from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions or liabilities arising from any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury or death resulting from the use of the rental property, grounds, bicycles, and pool.
The renter assumes full responsibility for fulfilling the terms of the rental for the period in the booking confirmation.
