*Swoop Miami: Free shuttle service that cruises around South Beach, Just call or send a text message with your location, and they’ll arrive within 15 minutes.runs every day, from 12 noon until 2:00 am.
*Local Bus: Ride for only 25¢ per trip. Buses run every 12 to 20 minutes daily, stopping at popular destinations throughout SoBe.
*DECOBIKE is the Official City of Miami Beach Bike Rental program, runs 24 hours per day and rental rates start at $4 for a thirty minute access pass.
*Parking Off Street only:
There are metered Parking spaces in front of the condo, and additional spaces across the street.
PARKING: valet lot 1 block away that charges anywhere from $25-$30 24hs.
Be aware a lot of units in SoBe charge a separate fee for their on site parking.

*Hallway Air Conditioning Systems.
*health and safety (such as fire prevention and suppression, etc.)
*(Elevator System Maintenance)*.

****(Plan for the possibility that there may not be main front door access in Feb or March as it may risk guests safety, access will be made on both southwest entry gates, beach access will remain accessible with FOB).*****

***(From Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm while work is underway, renovation, and repair projects will necessarily cause increased noise around directly involved and nearby residences, as well as throughout other housing areas. My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and we had the best time. Gio was a wonderful host and very accommodating and flexible. He showed us around the property and answered any questions we had. Had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was the perfect location for our stay in south beach. The studio is right on the beach and there are some beach chairs in the cupboard which wrre very useful. On arrival gio gave us a quick tour of south beach so that we knew our way round. There is also a folder in the apartment which has lots of restaurant suggestions in it, this came in very handy. Although the studio is small, it has everything you will need for your trip! If you are looking for a lovely, clean, well equipped place to stay right on the beach, that is great value for money and has excellent hosts, then this is the perfect choice.
Gio and LeBruno's apt was as advertised and fantastic. Very clean and very nice all throughout. Location was perfect. Pinned right in between quiet / upscale South Beach and exciting / populated South Beach allowed for seeing both sides of Miami. Best part was the direct access to our building's private pool which was directly connected to the beach. Would certainly recommend for a small affordable place for a couple to spend their vacation.

Eine Location in absolut genialer Lage! Mitten in South Beach, im Herzen des Ocean Drive liegt dieses Appartement Fußläufig zu allem was wichtig ist in Miami Beach. Direkt Hinterm Haus ist ein Pool der benutzt werden darf und wenige Schritte weiter steht man direkt am Strand. Das Appartement selbst ist klein aber voll funktionell und mehr braucht kein Mensch da sich das Leben sowieso vor der Tür Abspielt.
Gio ist ein super Gastgeber der einem auch gerne ein paar Dinge in South Beach zeigt.

When we stepped out of our cab Gio was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the accommodations, hooked up our internet and gave us a tour of the pool area, laundry facilities, and access to the beach, before walking us around SB to point out the Walgreen's grocery store, liquor store, and some good places to eat. Couldn't have asked for a nicer host. The building is under renovation and a bit shabby in the public areas but it was quiet and this didn't affect our stay other than the front of the building was covered in a tarp. The condo space is very tight/compact, but it was clean and adequate for the two of us for a few days. If you are budget conscious, this place is a great find as it's right on the beach and on the SB strip.
Great location, tidy, well-maintained, utilitarian and compact room, located just off the beaten path with direct access to the beach at a phenomenal rate for the area—less than half the going hotel rates. This is a good choice for those who are active and intend to spend most of their time out of doors since it lacks a view. It was nice to be able to go downstairs, out of the back of the building, and onto the beach. There is a terrific little Cuban grocery around the corner that carries everything you could need, and a 24-hour Walgreen and CVS a block away. Parking is expensive so this is also a good choice for those who won't be renting a car. Hosts were cheerful, helpful, and left us alone. Thank you!
