We offer a large 2200sf private apartment in our home. It has a separate entrance, off-street parking and a lovely mountain view. We are centrally located with easy access to I15, near shopping centers, theatres, museums and unique local attractions. Close to walking/biking trails; just minutes from Murdock Canal Trail. Also close to fishing, boating and ski venues; enjoy a scenic drive through Provo Canyon to Sundance Ski Resort, Deer Creek Reservoir, Soldier Hollow and Park City attractions.

The space
Our space is a walk-out basement apartment which includes a private entrance, kitchen, great room, 3 large bedrooms + 4th bedroom alcove, and 2 full bathrooms including a jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies, utensils and spices. It has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and full-size fridge with freezer. The great room includes a dining table, pool table, sectional sofa, entertainment center with a large screen Roku TV and DVD player. Wi-fi with fiberoptic high-speed internet is also provided. Other amenities are included as described in listing.

Hello! My name is Michelle and husband’s name is Kawika. We are an energetic couple with a lovely home in Utah and welcome the opportunity to help people visiting the area by providing housing accommodations.

We love spending time with family and friends. We enjoy attending festivals, movies, theatre & music events as well as outdoor activities like camping, hiking, fishing and skiing.

Our favorite vacation spot is Hawaii, specifically the Big Island. Someday we hope to visit Tahiti and New Zealand since we love the islands and ocean beauty.

Michelle is an RN and when not working loves to spend time with family. Her hobbies include genealogy, quilting, braided rug making, bike riding, skiing and canyoneering.

Kawika is a chemical engineer. His hobbies include cooking, especially outdoor dutch oven, smoked meats and marinades. He also likes hunting & fishing. He does a bit of taxidermy, custom fishing rod and knife making when he can find the time.

We live on the main level of the home and pretty much keep to ourselves. We respect privacy and have limited contact with guests. But we’re always available to resolve any problems with your accommodations and answer questions about the community. We are always available by phone, text or email.
