Villa Positano - Unit D is a waterfront one bed, one bath lodge villa inside of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. Big Water views abound from this upstairs unit in the private resort setting. It has a huge upper level outdoor terrace for dining, lounging and enjoying the view. This unit lives like a small apartment with open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The bedroom has a king bed, TV, French Doors to another balcony and an ensuite bathroom. 2 night minimum.
The space
Take advantage of the amazing views and outdoor spaces. Huge covered porch sits up high above the water and offers great star gazing on clear nights. (note the adjacent unit has its own patio separated by furniture but they are right next to you)

This villa can be rented out as a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom space with lots of flexibility. Contact Jeff for additional info and rates. 1 night stays are an option, but premium rate will be charged to cover additional turnover costs. See below links:
Option 1: 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit (4 Queen Beds)(Units A/B)(1st floor)
This unit features two bedrooms, two bathrooms in the heart of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. Big Water views abound and all the amenities are a short walk from the villa. Pools, Golf, Tennis, Hiking, and restaurants within resort. This unit features a full kitchen, comfortable living area with a large smart TV to enjoy the big game or some Netflix binge watching. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and each come equipped with two queen beds so you can comfortably sleep 8 adults. This unit also features a dedicated laundry room for longer stays as well. The outdoor spaces enjoy big water views and feature a casual screened porch and large outdoor deck with gas grill. Unit comes equipped with Keurig coffee maker (and a couple starter K-cups)
Option 2: Studio Unit (2 Queen Beds)(Unit C)(2nd floor)
This unit is a studio unit so it is one large room that includes two queen beds, a round table with room for four, sitting area with couch and chair and a small kitchenette that includes a sink, quartz countertop, mini fridge, microwave and basic utensils, plates/bowls and cups. It has its own ensuite bathroom featuring large shower and an oversized vanity. Unit comes equipped with Keurig coffee maker (and a couple starter K-cups). It features a small patio through the French doors with big water views.
Option 3: One Bedroom Unit (1 King Bed)(Unit D)(2nd floor)
This unit features one separate bedroom and a full separate living space. The open concept living area features a full kitchen, dining area and family room that opens up onto the large outdoor covered patio perfect for outdoor dining and hanging out. The bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity. This unit features a Keurig Coffee maker as well (and a couple of starter K-cups).
Other things to note
Cuscowilla is a great lake community with great views, trails and beautiful Lake Oconee. We've recently added some paddle boards and a canoe that are shared with our guests and neighbors. Feel free to use them out on the lake and have a great time. Please respect them and store them safely and properly when done so others can enjoy them in the future. There are local boat rental options, there is a canoe, paddle boards and kayaks under the unit that you can use as well (shared with neighbor so please respect others).
CUSCOWILLA FACILITIES – Cuscowilla is a private club community and guests must abide by rules of Cuscowilla Club.
Management at Cuscowilla does not allow guests to use the bar, restaurant, tennis and pools but don't worry, there is plenty to entertain you on the lake and in the villa. Great food options available just outside the resort and Publix is close to stock the kitchen.
This is a family oriented location, no parties, no loud music, no marijuana. Failure to follows these rules could lead to immediate eviction. We want everyone to enjoy themselves, relax and respect your neighbors.
