Come stay in our newer 23 foot travel trailer, located on our property just north of Salem/Keizer on rural property conveniently located to the freeway, parks, country roads, and not too far from shopping areas.
This new trailer has all you will need to stay comfortably during your visit. It will comfortably sleep 4, with 2 in the full sized bed, and one each in the fold down couch and fold down dinette. Additionally you will have:
* Large fridge and freezer
* Propane heat
* Stereo with aux input for your ipod
* Small TV and DVD player for movies (bring your own, or rent at Redbox - no cable out here)
* Kitchen sink, gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, cookware
* Bathroom with sink, full standing shower, mini tub, plenty of storage
* Slider on the side for plenty of room inside trailer
* Dinette and couch for seating
* Some cards and board games in the trailer
* Beautiful views from the windows looking out on our property and other rural property.
* Can usually get wireless internet out to the trailer.
Our property is just north of Keizer, between the city and the Wheatland Ferry, and only 2 miles from the freeway. We are 40 miles south of Portland, about an hour to the coast, close to many wineries, and just a few minutes from the Keizer Station or Downtown Salem for any shopping and dining needs.
We are cyclist friendly (cyclists in the house!) and live on the Willamette Valley Scenic Bikeway. There are miles and miles of beautiful roads for cycling, literally starting at the end of our driveway. (website hidden)_main.shtml
On the property are two dogs, a friendly old lab and a super cute Morkie, but both are house dogs and won't bother you. We also have two cats, both of whom roam around a little. The older fat cat, Lady Gaga, might perch herself up on the tongue of the trailer, but again shouldn't bother you. We have 10 chickens behind our house in a coop (not available for rent!) that we raise organically, and we are just a couple miles up from a dairy, which if the wind is right, you may or may not notice. That is rural living!
We'd love to have you come stay!

Once again we were very happy to rent a trailor from Paul. It was very clean and have everything we needed in it. We will definitely rent again when passing Salem. Great location when traveling I-5.
Paul has been an excellent host. very accomodating for my family needs. His trailor is in an excellent condition and has everything what you can wish for or you will need. Very clean and very practical. I would recommend this rental to everyone who passes Salem. Kamila
Great hosts, great trailer, great area!
We had a lovely time. Paul and his family were great hosts and the place is idyllic and just what we needed. I highly recommend it.
We were treated to two months in God's beautiful country and to the friendship of 6 wonderful family members, Paul, Sandi and 4 wonderful, friendly, helpful and talented children. Whenever we had a question and needed help, Paul and family made themselves readily available and helped my husband and myself (novices) learn about trailer living. We had a cozy, comfortable stay and loved the experience.
Dear Paul and Sandy:
We had a wonderful stay at your place; it was an interesting experience being so closed to the hops field. You are very gracious and kind hearted people. Thank you for your hospitality and feedback regarding real estate, places to eat, and things to do. Looking forward in seeing you again

Paul was an an enormously accommodating host. He was very easy to correspond with and was incredibly helpful. The RV was spotless, well equipped, and very comfortable. He even brought us another fan when the day went from hot to broil! The location was beautiful and very quiet. Its right on a major bike route through stunning farmland. We wholeheartedly recommend him and will definitely stay again when we find ourselves in Oregon.
We were visiting colleges in the area and decided to stay in Salem. I loved being surrounded by green in this rural setting. The RV was clean and new and our party of three all slept comfortably on the beds Paul and his wife were gracious hosts and made us feel very welcome. We had a little issue with the heater and Paul responded immediately to help. I would definitely recommend this as a great space for the value.
