The Guest House was built in the late 1700's and is located on Secret Passage Ranch, close to the George Washington National Forest. There are 3 rooms available, or you can rent the entire house, so look for the listing that suits you best. You’ll love my place because it's nestled right in between the mountains providing spectacular views that will take your breath away. My place is great for families, groups, couples, or solo adventurers.

The space
Please keep in mind that this is a working ranch. Access can be effected by weather and cell service is limited, so please call 540-933-6564 to confirm your reservation, discuss any special needs you have, or get directions (phone maps/GPS may not work in this remote area). All guests will have full access to the kitchen, dining, and living areas, as well as, the front and rear porches. Of course, guests are welcome to visit the horses and see (or be a part of) daily ranch activities.

Other things to note
On rare occurrences, Passage Creek floods and makes entry to the ranch a problem. Also, the snow during winter months can make roads in this area difficult to travel. Please contact us directly at 540-933-6564 if weather may be a factor during the time of your stay. Once again, cell service is very limited in this area. So call to confirm your reservation and/or get directions in case your phone map or GPS doesn't work in this area.

During your stay
I typically stay in the house section of the barn, but we have a ranchhand that stays in the Guest House to offer any assistance or answer any questions. He will also keep the wood stove warm. We like to give our guests their own space at the Guest House, but we always welcome interactions!
