I have a 1200sq ft loft on the outskirts of Williamsburg. One block to the Morgan L train, one block to a fantastic natural food market, Roberta's famous pizza, sushi, bars and more. Artsy neighborhood with a calm feel.
My building is set among a group of warehouses that have recently been converted into art studios. This is what SoHo was before it exploded.
It's a 10 minute train ride to Williamsburg proper (Bedford L stop) where hipsters collect at delicious coffee shops in droves. And it's about 15 minutes to Union Square and the East Village.
My space has one bathroom, full kitchen and two lofted bedrooms. The guest bedroom has a full size bed that can easily accommodate a couple. As well as a large living room for relaxing in front of the wall of windows.
There is also a roof deck complete with BBQ and Smoker if you choose to eat in on your adventure.
I am very interior design conscious and simply love to create beautiful interiors and lighting. I spent three years refinishing the apartment and it's finally ready for guests.
I am open to a long term sublet.
Parking garage if needed at an extra charge. Wi-fi included in the rent- roof deck and 24 hour roof access- awesome Sunday night Tiki parties at Roberta's Pizza just across the street.
I am rarely home as I often work 80 hours a week and am frequently traveling. I usually only see my guest on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
The street art is fantastic.
The L train is a three minute walk!
I am not currently taking any reservations until May 2014. I travel frequently for work and I am not yet sure what my summer will look like. I would love to lease the space- but am not quite ready to confirm anything for summer or fall of 2014 yet! Thank you.

What a fantastic experience! 'Living' for a few days in Bushwick - Brooklyn. What a great neighbourhood (of the beaten tracks). Industry/hispanics/hipsters/hidden bars/cool shops/good food/great coffee. Nicole's place is amazing and she decorated it really awesome. She left us a note with her recommendations; we tried to visit as many as possible, cause they were all very good!
Roberta's, Egg, Fitzcarraldo, The Narrows, Moto, Cafe Ghia, The Swallow Cafe.. Williamsburg is also a great neighbourhood to explore and only a few stops away with the L train. Thanks Nicole for your hospitality and great we've met each other.
Staying at Nicole's place was a wonderful experience. It was quiet, clean and a great place to relax or come home to after a busy day in hectic New York.
Savour the steamy vista from the won-ton factory across the street during sunset.
Also, comfiest bed I have ever slept in!
Nicole is the best! Apartment is beautiful and cozy. Location is perfect, near the L line, fancy bars and restaurants. Love the neighborhood. It's the best place to stay when your in NYC!
Nicole was a great host, everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, incl. helpful information about the neighborhood and NYC. Communication was very easy, Nicole was always available. The loft is beautiful, the bedroom is cozy, bathroom & the kitchen are clean. My boyfriend and me really enjoyed our stay in this great area! We absolutely recommend her place for a wonderful stay in NYC! Thanks!
warm hospitality, stylish loft, clean bathroom, cozy bed, friendly people all around us, ... all in all: we had a fantastic stay!!
Beautiful place. Location was perfect outside Manhattan. The subway was 1 block away (short walk) and took you right into the main lines of Manhattan. Karen, was a great, respectful roommate. I felt very very comfortable here.
I needed to stay a few days longer and the host had NO problem with my arrangements.
Thanks Nicole, you were a great host, and your place is pretty neat, exactly as you described it.
Beautiful apartment, comfortable and lots of light. Great roof top for Barbecue. Industrial surrounding with young artists-lofts, not lots of shops but everything close for daily life, also subway. I really enjoyed living at Nicole`s very nice furnitered apartment. You can see that she loves individual interior design. The couch and big desk are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is best for one person because it is very little but also very cosy. I stayed a lot at home, so it was great to have this big livingroom-loft atmosphere and the big windows with lots of sun. I felt always comfortable.
Nicole was very friendly and helpful and gave me the opportunity to get lots of very useful information and support for daily life. She is a very likeable, natural and regardful host. As she is a hard working person, we did not meet very often but it would have been a pleasure to spend more time with her. I will definitely come back, if I am welcome, too:0)
