Interaction with Guests
The interaction between me and you guys variates - sometimes a lot because i'll be nearby and other times i'll be traveling myself.
It can be compared with 'El Dorado', because the location is central and is located in a quiet area and is has a close distance to big green areas (Frederiksberg Garden, Søndermarken).
• Smoking is not allowed.
• No loud music at night.
• If you do have pets let me know in advance.
• If other guests are coming or going on the same day check out is 11 am and check in is 2 pm. If no other bookings I am super flexible. We will discuss this when you book.
• You are more than welcome to use my spices and sauces for cooking.
• You have to dispose of garbage. Bags must be put in to the big plastic containers in the courtyard.
• Most importantly, I want my guests to feel at home!
I am here if you have any questions please just ask:)
Staying in this place was great ! So huge compared to Paris' flat... It is a nice and spacious danish apartment, just like on the pictures, with lot a lovely posters and a tiny but comfy room. The flat is located in a nice and quiet area in walking distance (20 min.) to the city center. As Philip was not there, his brother handed us the keys, maps and a lift. Everything worked out really well and his brother was a very nice host. I recommend this adress :-)
Perfect location, comfy room with tempura mattress, great host. highly recommend staying there, lots of takeaway food restaurants nearby and parks to go running in. I stayed for 9 days, parking with a car in Frederiksberg is free from 8pm to 8am Monday to Friday , and all day Sunday. Only paid DKK 35 for Saturday pass. Philip made me feel welcome and it was great to stay here.
Philip was friendly and welcoming, it felt comfortable to share the flat with him and his brother. He was very helpful every time I needed information and accommodating with the check in and check out times. The area was exactly the one I was looking for.
Our stay at Philips' apartment was a mixed experience. Philip was very nice and easy to communicate with. The apartment was big and the size of our room was OK. The neighbourhood was also really nice. On the downside, it was a bit dirty. The bathroom was not clean at all. It ruined a bit of our stay since we were staying there for two days and wanted to take showers and use the toilet. Also, the wifi was really bad as we had to wait for 5 minutes just to load google. Sometimes it just stopped working as well. We needed the wifi to plan our stay in the city, but were unable to plan anything from there, which we found a bit disappointing. They should also have mentioned that parking in day-time costs 35 kr per hour, as we were looking for a place with free parking.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Philip was super responsive and made sure that all worked out as planned despite he being abroad when I arrived and me arriving at 23:30. His brother also greated me the following day. The room was nice and neat. The apartment is in a nice area of Copenhagen with very easy access to the public transport system. All in all very good value for money.
