The flat is located in a great neighborhood. 10 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe, 3 min walk to a grocery store and about a 6 min walk to the metro. The flat is clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom Parisian flat. Kitchen is modern with all necesaary appliances and there is also a washer/dryer combo.
The apartment was in a great location, it was very clean, and perfectly set up for several days in the city. I was greeted when I arrived, received the key, got a tour of the apartment, and even got some coffee tabs for the morning. However, this was a slightly different AirBnB experience than usual: This was not really an apartment someone lives in (so no spices and such in the kitchen), I had to purchase my own toilet paper (as there was nothing there when I arrived), and during "check-out" I was asked to pay 50 Euro early check-out fee (I was checking out at ~7am). Overall, I am still glad I stayed at this place though.
