This area is very convenient, with a grocery stores within walking distance, as well as access to metro and light rail. Kirkland is a charming place, and it’s just a short drive to downtown, as well as to Redmond, Bellevue, and downtown Seattle. There is a stunning new shopping center nearby, Totem Lake Center, with Trader Joe's & Whole Foods, a variety of restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, walking trails, and parks. Parking is available in front of the home, with access to the I-405 freeway.

The space
This is a unique semi-private stay. The large, bright, fully furnished room features a full-size bed, a spacious desk with a chair, and a medium-sized refrigerator for your convenience. The room also includes a closet and a large dresser. The bathroom, which is located near the bedroom, has a shower only and must be kept clean and fresh. Additionally, there is a small kitchen available for light cooking, as well as a washer and dryer. Enjoy the convenience and comfort of this space.

Neighborhood highlights

Kirkland is just a lovely place all year round, I am originally from Sydney, Australia so I know what lovely is to live in. Just lots to do and see and trails everywhere just a short car drive away and of cause the breathtaking walk along Lake Washington where downtown Kirkland sits. The neighborhood is very safe and there is parking just in front of the home. There is a house cat :)
