Cozy, bright, entirely renovated quality flat on the front line with sea views from the sunny and large balcony, both rooms and the bathroom. Features his and her shower, full kitchen, 2 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools (1 for children) large gardens, private beach area, free beach beds and private parking. We have a sandy beach with Blue Flag status and direct access to the sea boardwalk. Near Marbella and La Cala with 75+ restaurants and many shops walking distance. Strict cleaning protocols.

The space
This 1 or 2 bedroom convertible unit is directly on the sea, with sea views from all areas of the unit. This is true sea front and has a direct access to the sea boardwalk, there is no road between us and the sea. You will be soothed by the sounds of the waves and birds. It has been fully renovated. Each room has its own access to the spacious balcony / terrace, a private eating area on the balcony, 3 tables, 4 chairs and 2 large chairs and incredible sea, garden and pool views. It can be used as 1 bedroom with the other room serving as a lounge, or 2 bedrooms with a lounge at the main entrance. The second bedroom sofa bed converts to a bed, 140cm. Both beds have high-quality mattresses to provide you with ultimate relaxation. The bathroom has a window that looks onto the sea from the shower and sink. The bathroom also has a his and her shower, 2 sinks and adjustable fun mood lighting. There is a full kitchen and nespresso machine, frother and washing machine. High Speed Fibre 200mb Wifi internet is included. We also have a LED smart wifi TV loaded with apps like Netflix (full access included via Canadian account), youtube, Internet surfing and lots of english channels. A/C and heating in both rooms. We also have sea views from the shower. Remote control dimmable coloured lights at the entrance, adjustable colour lighting in the bathroom and shower, 2 showers in the bathroom that have amazing water pressure and are meant to create a feel of showering on the beach. The balcony has an optional separation door from the neighbours' balcony at your control. More to follow upon your arrival. The balcony looks directly onto the pools, the gardens and the sea.
Some questions we often get: Yes, we have beach towels for your use and a beach umbrella. We have a crib and high chair and toys should you need. There is a hair dryer and an iron. There are mosquito nets on the balcony doors (no mosquitos!) There is a clothing washing machine and dishwasher. We have tennis rackets for you to use on our private 2 tennis courts directly on the sea. The pool area has 2 pools, one for kids. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas at the pool and our private beach area for your use. The sea is visible from the bedroom, living room or second bedroom, kitchen, the bathroom and shower. We have a nespresso coffee machine and a nespresso frother. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only please. The listing is for the entire apartment and is for your private and exclusive use.

Along the beach you will find many restaurants, night clubs (notably Niki beach and Max beach) and other great amenities. The location is ideal, directly by the pedestrian crossway, to get access to 75 restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. By car, you are 10-15 minutes from the center of Fuengirola, Marbella, and 20-30 minutes drive to the airport or downtown Malaga.

I am from Canada and living in Spain. I am very well travelled and have fallen in love with this area of Marbella / La Cala. We get 320 days of sun at this place, a micro climate that brings us warm weather in the winter, common to have 25 degrees Celcius, and cool air and drafts in the summer as we are right on the sea at the bottom of a hill. That said, this is my favourite destination and the food here is phenomenal. It's wonderful to share the things we have fallen in love with with other travellers.
