Walking distance from downtown McMinnville. 15 minute drive to Cumberland Caverns. 20 minute drive to ISHA and Rock Island State Park. 30 minute drive to The Caverns in Pelham. 45 minute drive to Fall Creek Falls State Park. The space
Enjoy full access to Smooth Rapids. River frontage is perfect to fish from the bank or rent a kayak for a float. Restaurant is on the same property and connected by a lighted walking trail. Camper is hooked up directly to city water and power. Camper has a Roku TV with streaming capabilities only. No broadcast channels. Please make sure you read the house rules. We do not allow pets.
