Situated on top of Middle Ridge Mountain. Year-round views of Mt. Leconte and surrounding mountains. Minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and from the National Park. Studio includes a private balcony with phenomenal views. New renovation includes new Queen Hybrid Memory Foam mattress, stainless-steel appliances, sofa with queen memory foam bed sleeper, new fixtures, and furnishings. Private, high-speed Wi-Fi internet& HD-cable television. On-site heated outdoor pool

Other things to note
No "traditional" check-in required. Guests access the unit via keyless entry. Code provided prior to arrival. In the winter months 4x4 may be helpful if snow or ice are forecasted
