  • Muy bien ubicada y tranquilo, buen servicio de WIFI, las instalaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento, muy buena atención de la señora Mina. En general.... estamos muy satisfechos con todo el paquete.

  • The location of the apartment is really good, few blocks from supermarkets, a cheap taco place (really good) and the beach. The apartment size is perfect for two or three people, good functioning kitchenette but the bathroom has some issues with smell and hot water.

  • Our stay at Casa Verde was wonderful! Perfect location not far from the beach and action, but far enough away to be quiet (except for roosters!)

Close to local markets and stores that have everything you need to be comfortable for your stay,

Andrea was a perfect host, responded quickly to emails and was helpful with suggestions.

  • La verdad supero nuestras expectativas, tanto por la ubicacion, como por el equipamiento de la unidad. Sin dudarlo volveria a alojarme en la casa verde.

  • I rented a Studio from Andrea and our guests were very happy. Andrea's mom met our guests with keys. Our guests loved the location.

Andrea was responsive. we were able to complete the rental transaction - after setting up my airbnb account previously - within the same day.

I would definitely rent from Andrea next time we head down to Playa Del Carmen.

  • This was my second booking through airbnb, and I was completely satisfied with the accommodations. I didn't get to meet Andrea, but her mother Mina greeted me when I arrived at La Casa Verde. The studio was spacious and had a new refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of dishes, and pots and pans to fix whatever I needed. The Walmart was just two blocks away, and there are several local restaurants within two blocks toward the beach, so there are many choices for eating without breaking the bank on 5th Ave. The wi-fi worked great(studio #5 is on the first level), and I enjoyed streaming Netflix and radio from the states. The satellite tv is nearly all in Spanish, but I didn't come to the Yucatan to watch tv. The place is pretty quiet, even when the hostel next door was full. But if you are not used to the urban life style, bring some earplugs! I had the big window open in the room almost every night. I did a self tour to Tulum, and Akumal(for snorkeling) and rode the collectivos to and from both places. Only 40p one way to Tulum and Akumal was just 20p. You can catch the collectivos(Toyota vans) on calle 2, just 4 blocks from the Casa Verde. I was there for 16 nights and saw only one other person in the whole building. All in all, I think it was the best bang for the buck in all the playa!.....But be sure to bring a towel, or buy one when you arrive!

  • This is a studio which is exactly as described. I appreciated the closeness to Walmart, and also that it wasn't located right on Av. Quinta, but still not too far away. There is no microwave oven or proper kitchen knife, which would have helped when preparing meals. Also, something to think about is that there is no balcony or place to sit outside, which makes this place rather more like somewhere to sleep than to hang out. I can still recommend it though, and Andrea's mother was very friendly and helpful.

  • Andrea was a great host. The studio was in a great (email hidden)y a short walk to the beach, but also quiet. The kitchenette and bathroom suited our needs very well.

    Thanks for a great stay!

  • Andrea was the best host ever, she was always there when I needed help or had a question, she gives an answer immedeately on e-mail. The apartment is very nice, cosy and clean. It's a 5 minute walk to the 5th avenue, perfect. Restaurants, bars, clubs, everything is there. Also lots of launderys. I felt very secure and safe in the house and in the apartment. The door downstairs is closed by key. Whatever I asked Andrea for she brought me. I can recommend Andrea and the apartment anytime...! Will come back one day ! Abrazos and muchas gracias Svenja
