The Space

Just like home...but smaller and more fun!

This little stand-alone studio guesthouse, a garage in a former life, is newly renovated and decked out to be the perfect home-away-from-home.

It boasts under-floor heating, lofted ceiling in the living/bedroom space, fully equip kitchenette and lux bathroom with glass-enclosure shower.

Well appointed, comfortable and stylish--all inclusive--linens, utensils, towels, wifi, and Sony-(website hidden) TV flat screen with cable.

Queen bed with memory foam mattress and a new pull-out sofa bed (twin mattress).

The location is great (at 26th and Mapleton) with convenient access to grocery, shopping, trails, and downtown Boulder.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The bathroom's ceiling has a lower clearance. Those over 6'3" may stoop a bit in the bathroom area.
The kitchenette has 2 built in electric burners and hood, microwave, keurig coffee-maker (with filter option if you prefer your own grounds), toaster/cuisinart brick oven, and a new apartment-size freezer-bottom-fridge.
Street parking is pretty painless/plentiful.
  • We had a great time in Boulder and this studio was a great place to stay while visiting. The place was super cute and filled with thoughtful touches, like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as coffee, cream, and sugar! We stayed here for 5 days because we were doing the Boulder 70.3 Ironman and it was a great location. Close to Pearl street and only 4 miles from the reservoir where our race was. Asa was really nice and accommodating. He got us a blender when we needed one to make smoothies. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Boulder.
  • We had a beautiful stay at this wonderful studio. Our hosts were helpful but very respectful of our privacy. Everything was well done and very clean in this cheerful, stylish studio. It's fairly close to Pearl Street, but it makes for a nice ten/fifteen minute walk to the heart of pearl. Wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this place!
  • Asa is a great to host to interact with. Everything was as expected. Such a cute place to stay while visiting Boulder. Also very reasonably priced. You can't get a better deal anywhere else.
    Wholefoods, Walgreen, Target are a short walk away.
    Enterprise car rental is one block away (you can walk in and ask to match whatever price you find online).
    For going to downtown Pearl Street, some people find it too long a walk, but we always liked the walk: quiet neighborhoods, cute yards, interesting houses/people to look at.
    Next time we are in Boulder we will stay here again for sure.
  • What a fantastic stay! We only had to chance to spend one night in this great apartment, but we would have loved to stay longer. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was great and was a quick ride to pearl street. Do yourself a favor and book this place now!
  • We had a lovely stay. The studio guesthouse is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated and is in a great location - on a leafy side street, but close enough to walk to all the downtown Boulder action. We were on a long road trip and had a lot of baggage, so it was also great to be able to find street parking easily right in front of the property. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Boulder.
  • We had a great experience staying in this awesome studio. The location was great, although not close enough to walk to Pearl Street if you are a girl who wears heels it is about a 5 min car ride. It is super close to all the shops on 28th street though. The unit was very clean and had every convenience we needed. Highly recommend.
  • The three main things I think to judge an Airbnb reservation on are location, living space, and host. First, the location was absolutely awesome. Besides a few excursions outside of Boulder, we were able to walk to anything we wanted to visit. As for the living space, it was fantastic. The level of detail and care could be seen throughout the place. Whether it was the slow close lid on the toilet or the natural, organic personal care products found through out the place, you could see the amount of love that was put into it. It was the perfect size for my wife and me for our week stay. Finally, Asa was the perfect host. He was always attentive and able to answer any questions I had.
  • Beautiful, contemporary space. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated (loved the selection of books and magazines). The guesthouse is within walking distance of many Boulder restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay again!
  • Such a wonderful space. I was in town for only a night and Asa was so helpful in having me stay at the studio on very short notice. I loved it. The place has everything you need, is clean and tidy and makes you want to not leave :)
