Just like home...but smaller and more fun!
This little stand-alone studio guesthouse, a garage in a former life, is newly renovated and decked out to be the perfect home-away-from-home.
It boasts under-floor heating, lofted ceiling in the living/bedroom space, fully equip kitchenette and lux bathroom with glass-enclosure shower.
Well appointed, comfortable and stylish--all inclusive--linens, utensils, towels, wifi, and Sony-(website hidden) TV flat screen with cable.
Queen bed with memory foam mattress and a new pull-out sofa bed (twin mattress).
The location is great (at 26th and Mapleton) with convenient access to grocery, shopping, trails, and downtown Boulder.
The bathroom's ceiling has a lower clearance. Those over 6'3" may stoop a bit in the bathroom area.
The kitchenette has 2 built in electric burners and hood, microwave, keurig coffee-maker (with filter option if you prefer your own grounds), toaster/cuisinart brick oven, and a new apartment-size freezer-bottom-fridge.
Street parking is pretty painless/plentiful.
We couldn't have been more pleased and happier with this rental. We were in town visiting the campus of UC Boulder but didn't want to stay in a traditional hotel. This place is quaint and everything you could want from a Air BNB. The hosts were fun, and helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.
Hands down one of the best AIRBNB experiences we've ever had! To start, the studio is beautiful, comfortable, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable, the heating perfect, the kitchen incredibly convenient especially for being small, and the bathroom spacious and comfortable. Perfect space to share for a couple or solo. Excellent location. Best part though? Asa is a friendly, radiant, kind, considerate host who genuinely cares. Stay here!!
This was a very cozy rental with the most comfortable bed (I'm wishing I was there right now!!). Everything was very thoughtful and comfortable, we were warm and cozy even though it snowed about 8 inches while we were there. It's a bit of a walk to Pearl St. but we enjoyed it. They were gracious hosts and we would stay there again if we ever head back to the Boulder area.
My daughter and I were in Boulder to check out the University. This is a wonderful place to stay! Hosts were there if we needed them. Place is central to some great areas in Boulder. I will definitely be back again!
I stayed for 3 weeks in this perfectly magical little home on a quiet residential street which is a 5 minute drive to the Pearl St mall. Asa was immediately responsive to anything I needed and available but non-intrusive. I appreciated his proximity of living on the same property w his beautiful young family.
This space is designed and provided for in an exceptionally well set up way, including little extras and a well equipped small kitchen. These kinds of rare airbnb's are a real gift for us travelers.
We had a great time staying at the guest house. Asa was a communicative and gracious host and the guesthouse is appointed with everything that you could ever need. The space is beautiful and clean and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Boulder.
