Just like home...but smaller and more fun!
This little stand-alone studio guesthouse, a garage in a former life, is newly renovated and decked out to be the perfect home-away-from-home.
It boasts under-floor heating, lofted ceiling in the living/bedroom space, fully equip kitchenette and lux bathroom with glass-enclosure shower.
Well appointed, comfortable and stylish--all inclusive--linens, utensils, towels, wifi, and Sony-(website hidden) TV flat screen with cable.
Queen bed with memory foam mattress and a new pull-out sofa bed (twin mattress).
The location is great (at 26th and Mapleton) with convenient access to grocery, shopping, trails, and downtown Boulder.
The bathroom's ceiling has a lower clearance. Those over 6'3" may stoop a bit in the bathroom area.
The kitchenette has 2 built in electric burners and hood, microwave, keurig coffee-maker (with filter option if you prefer your own grounds), toaster/cuisinart brick oven, and a new apartment-size freezer-bottom-fridge.
Street parking is pretty painless/plentiful.
This was a very cozy rental with the most comfortable bed (I'm wishing I was there right now!!). Everything was very thoughtful and comfortable, we were warm and cozy even though it snowed about 8 inches while we were there. It's a bit of a walk to Pearl St. but we enjoyed it. They were gracious hosts and we would stay there again if we ever head back to the Boulder area.
My daughter and I were in Boulder to check out the University. This is a wonderful place to stay! Hosts were there if we needed them. Place is central to some great areas in Boulder. I will definitely be back again!
I stayed for 3 weeks in this perfectly magical little home on a quiet residential street which is a 5 minute drive to the Pearl St mall. Asa was immediately responsive to anything I needed and available but non-intrusive. I appreciated his proximity of living on the same property w his beautiful young family.
This space is designed and provided for in an exceptionally well set up way, including little extras and a well equipped small kitchen. These kinds of rare airbnb's are a real gift for us travelers.
We had a great time staying at the guest house. Asa was a communicative and gracious host and the guesthouse is appointed with everything that you could ever need. The space is beautiful and clean and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Boulder.
We arrived in Denver pretty late, but our host Asa was super accommodating. The space is a cozy converted garage. Very clean and comfortable! The pictures do justice and is just as described!
The studio guest house looks just as its pictured! We had a wonderful time in Asa's guest house! Whomever was a wonderful host, he offered us to use their washer/dryer & was very helpful answering all of our questions & providing helpful information for our trip too!
I just have to say we were so pleased with everything, heated floors, comfortable bed, new appliances, great location, no problem with parking, everything was super clean & new! (Plus it's a quiet neighborhood)
I would definitely stay here again & highly recommend anyone staying in Boulder to stay in this studio! You won't regret it!
Beyond perfect! :)
