Located in the heart of the "Village" and just 10 minutes to San Francisco and Muir Woods! Soaring ceilings with expansive windows, you will love the dramatic light throughout the day. Vintage hardwood floors in the hall/living/dining areas and plush carpet in the bedrooms. Our spacious three bedrooms (1 en suite) sleep 6 comfortably. Enjoy two full-baths including a tub in the master. The "urban" experience is created both by the downtown location that we enjoy and the landmark building in which we occupy. We are a "mixed-use" building that features a women's clothing boutique, beauty-salon, and a one-bedroom apartment (Long-term rental). The house is exceptionally comfortable, convenient, quiet and fun!
Truly the ideal year-round destination location due in part to our temperate climate and proximity to San Francisco, The Wine Country, Lake Tahoe, Silicon Valley, Monterey, Carmel, Muir Woods National Monument, beaches, etc.

Please enjoy the back-yard patio with its comfortable outdoor furniture and party lights. There are two "cruiser" bicycles located behind the ivy-covered fence in the patio. The lock combination is 3434. If you need to adjust the seat height, there is a tool hanging adjacent to the bikes on the wall for such.
Interaction with Guests
I'm available to my guests as needed but I give generous space/privacy. I'm happy to give recommendations and even a little historical perspective to those who ask. I am third generation Mill Valley, raising my children (The fourth generation) in this idyllic town that we are grateful to call home.
Restaurants, bookstores, coffee houses, cafes, retail therapy, grocery, theaters, live music, town square and all the best Mill Valley is located within a minute or two from your front door! The downtown is as urban as a place can be that is surrounded by redwood trees, wildlife, (Naturally occurring) parks, streams, creeks, trails and of course Mount Tamalpais. The outdoor adventurer will love the myriad of hiking trails, mountain and road biking routes and the close proximity to both the ocean (Tennessee, Muir, Stinson Beaches) and the Bay for strolling, surfing, kayaking, SUP and pretty much anything to do with water.
Mill Valley's Bus Depot is directly down the street from us, only a one-minute walk. Catch commuter buses to San Francisco or head into picturesque Sausalito. While there, adventure over to Alcatraz or Angel Islands via ferry.
It's an approximate 40-50 minute trip by car to San Francisco International Airport. The Oakland International Airport can be reached in approximately 45-50 minutes.
Other Things to Note
We provide small appliances (Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) a full set of dishes, stemware, cups/glasses, utensils, pots and pans, linens and basic condiments (cooking oils, vinegars, salt/pepper, sugars, baking soda/powder, popcorn, tea, cocoa, flour, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise). We also include aluminum foil, paper towels/napkins, wax paper, dishwasher/sink/laundry/bath soap and shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, bleach, cleansers, toilet paper, fabric softeners, sponges and kitchen bags.
We have a strict no pet policy on the premises due to Guests intolerances to pet related allergies.
Is not allowed anywhere on the premises at anytime.
The Rental rate is based upon occupancy of Six (6) persons.
The Rental is configured to sleep Six (6) within three bedrooms. One bedroom features a King-Size bed, a second provides a Queen-Size bed and the third conveniently provides two Singles.
As most guests have mobile telephones, we do not provide a land-line in the Rental.
Reciprocal courtesy as it relates to the quiet, peaceful enjoyment for each of our tenants.
No Daily Housekeeping Services:
We provide linens and towels, but daily housekeeping services are not included in the Rental rate. We can make housekeeping services available at a rate of $80 per service. A vacuum, broom, mop and basic cleaning supplies are provided.
Rates include a one-time linen and towel set-up. Amenity fees are included in the Rental rate.
This property requires a Three (3) night minimum stay*; if a Rental is taken for less than Three (3) days the Guest will be charged the Three (3) night rate. *Call/text/email for exceptions.

Optional: Damage Insurance available, OR,
Damage/Reservation Deposit: $500 Refundable.
A. No damage has occurred to Rental unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear;
B. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay;
C. Guests place all debris, rubbish and discards in trash and recyclable containers and soiled dishes in the dishwasher. Strip linens from the bed(s) and place in laundry hamper;
D. All keys are left on the Dining Room table and Rental is left locked;
E. All charges accrued during stay are paid for prior to departure;
F. Linens, appliances, furniture or contents are not missing or damaged;
G. The Renter is not evicted by the owner or local law enforcement.
The owners of the rental unit are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to the Renter or their Guests during their term of stay on the premises. The owners of the Rental unit are not responsible for the loss of the Renter or their Guests personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, the Renter and all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of, or others whom they invite, to use the premises.
Any exceptions to policies must be approved in advance.
