- Accommodation: Beds for up to 10 guests. Maximum occupancy: 10 adults (aged 13 and above) plus 10 children.
- Parking: Maximum of 5 cars allowed.

The space

- Fully equipped kitchen: Comes with all necessary utensils for your culinary needs.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and garden, ensuring a comfortable and private stay.

HOUSE RULES (Please read before requesting a trip)
GENERAL RULES
1. Check-in from 2 PM and check-out by 2 PM.
2. Halal Requirements: No alcoholic beverages or pork allowed. Kitchen and cooking facilities are for halal food use only. Guests may bring their own cooking utensils and cutleries if needed.
3. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
4. Shoes are not allowed inside the house.
5. No Pets Allowed: Especially dogs.
6. Gambling and illegal drugs are not allowed.
7. No loud noises after 11 PM, especially outside, to respect the neighborhood. Pool use is not allowed after 11 PM.
8. Late checkout (more than 30 minutes past checkout time) incurs a fee of RM50 per hour. Late checkout requests are charged at RM50 per hour, subject to availability.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
1. Adults: Individuals aged 13 and above. Children: Individuals aged 12 and below.
2. Bedding is provided for 10 guests. Maximum occupancy is 10 adults and 10 children at no extra charge. Guests should plan their own sleeping arrangements.
3. Requests for additional guests (up to 2 adults) are allowed at RM50 per head. Guests must plan their own sleeping arrangements.
4. The number of guests must be declared. Overlimit, extra, undeclared, or unannounced guests (including non-staying guests) will incur a charge of RM50 per head for more than 10 adults.
VEHICLES
1. Only 5 vehicles are allowed. Each vehicle must register, and unregistered vehicles will not be granted access by security. Car registration numbers will be requested 1 week before your stay.
2. Park only in the designated porch area. Do not block roads or park in neighbor’s areas.
3. Do not speed in the neighborhood.
COVID-19 SOP
1. Guests must adhere to the COVID-19 SOP as outlined by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
HOSTING PARTIES/EVENTS
1. Hosting events (parties, weddings, engagement ceremonies) is not allowed. Inviting third-party guests (non-staying guests) is strictly prohibited.
2. Parties are strictly prohibited. Personal amplifiers, speakers, and loud music are not allowed.
3. Rearrangement of furniture is not allowed. Any stains or damages to the property will incur extra charges.
SWIMMING POOL
1. The pool is 4 feet deep. Children and small guests must use floats or life jackets.
2. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or outside area. Ensure sliding doors near the pool area are closed at all times.
3. Appropriate and modest swimwear must be worn.
4. We are not responsible for any accidents or drowning incidents.
CLEANING & SELF-SERVICE
1. No housekeeping services are provided. Guests must keep the premises reasonably clean.
2. Guests must wash all cooking utensils after use.
3. Dispose of waste in the main garbage bin (grey color) outside the premise (near the mailbox) upon checkout.
4. The BBQ pit is available for use, but charcoal is not provided. Ensure the BBQ pit is cleaned after use. BBQ pit cleaning service is available for RM30.
5. Clean the surrounding areas of the house, including the garden patio, swimming pool area, and porch, after use.
6. Do not throw cigarette butts inside or outside the house.
SAFETY AND EMERGENCY
1. Guests must ensure their own safety and security.
2. The villa has two outdoor CCTV cameras (swimming pool area and main door) for security purposes.
3. In emergencies, refer to the emergency contacts on the notice board. Contact our staff or guest manager if you need help.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All guests staying at Elmanda Villa must agree to and comply with the house rules stated above. Violations of these rules will incur penalty charges.
2. We are not responsible for any theft, liability, injury, or accidents during your stay. Guests must take care of their own safety and the security of their belongings.
