Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
Spacious home located on alpaca farm. Quiet and private, storage space for bikes, ski gear etc. Large open living with living room/dining room/reading area/kitchen and two bedrooms with spacious bathroom. Bathroom has shower only (sorry- large soaking tub is in other apartment, which is adjoining to family apartment). Perfect get-away, rent both sides to sleep 8-10. Fully stocked and supplied. Fresh farm eggs and coffee/tea/hot chocolate/cream included. Collect your own eggs, if you want!

The space
Top quality bedding, washer/dryer, pet friendly, private yard with decks and courtyard. Enclosed storage for bikes, ski gear as well as doggie door to back yard.

Guest access
barns can be toured with our farm manager, just set up the time with Dito when you have a chance.

Other things to note
we do not have any cameras in the apartments! we have cameras aimed at the barns and farm equipment parking areas.-all located outdoors. And our manager has a separate house on the farm, should you need any assistance at any time.

Open views, privacy, peace and quiet yet only a mile from town! salida is the best-kept secrete of Colorado! Monarch ski area, natural hot springs and hot springs pool, river rafting, premier biking and fly fishing....too many things to mention as well as the best kept little mountain with great restaurants, art galleries, shops and sports galore. But if you want to just relax and knit we can help with that as well!
