We have a one bedroom garden apartment with rare underground secure parking in a modern building, in the heart of Bondi Beach village, literally 500m to the beachfront. We cater for up to four adults with one queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the lounge. We have a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob / cooktop, electric oven, microwave, full fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. It is a relaxed beachside style with dining indoors or out and the kitchen bench top also can be used (email hidden). We have a BBQ in the private garden / terrace for outdoor dining and relaxing. Full bathroom with bath tub and over-bath shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, hair dryer is also provided. The apartment is ideally convenient for families with child's cot, highchair and children's toys available if needed. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
When you stay at this garden apartment in Bondi Beach you can expect a laid-back retreat knowing that anything and everything you should need is available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is set back from the main street which allows for easy access to all that Bondi Beach has to offer whilst being able to retreat to a quiet relaxing environment. The apartment is private and secure and very convenient with level lift access as well as stroller or wheelchair access if needed.
The Bondi Beach village is very vibrant - there are numerous eateries, shops, beachfront and in the trendy streets behind the beach with venues to cater for all budgets. Public transport to the heart of the city, Opera House, ferry terminals is literally across the street.
Wireless Internet is provided as is a large flat screen TV with cable TV (Foxtel). The basic package is connected; guests may add to this package for an additional charge upon request.

We do our best to meet all guests to let them into the apartment and hand over the keys in person. If it's out of hours or not possible we provide key pick up from a lock box close by. We live nearby and are available for any guest queries or needs.

Driveway for Car Access:
The driveway is off Hall Street (left hand side) where it meets O'Brien Street, immediately after Sababa Cafe and immediately prior to Cafe Bondi. Approach from the east (beach end). We will send maps as you cannot enter the car park if coming the opposite direction or from Cox Avenue. Taxi drop off at Cafe Bondi or Cox Avenue is helpful. If you have lots of luggage ask taxi to drop you off on Cox Avenue as there is a ramp up to the front door of the apartment building.

Check In Time: From 2pm
Check Out Time: 10am Strict
We do our best to be flexible to allow our guests early check in whenever we can. We are aware of the long flights many of our guests take and the early landings at Sydney Airport. Please note we are often fully booked with guests leaving and arriving on the same day and the only way to guarantee an early check in is to book the previous night. It is important that we have the time to ensure our cleaners and linen services are able to make the apartment ready for our new guests.
There is a departure cleaning fee payable and includes the thorough cleaning of the property and the linen and laundry services of $95. If you would like a weekly service or linen change please let us know and we can help to arrange.
During Your Stay
The garbage/rubbish area is on the ground floor inside the loading dock next to the building entry and is accessible through the door opposite the unit’s front door. We ask all our guests to ensure that garbage/rubbish is removed from the property and disposed of appropriately in the bins. Red is for household rubbish; blue for cardboard and paper and yellow for glass and recyclable plastics.
Cable Television: The Foxtel service provided is the basic starter package. Guests are able to upgrade the Foxtel package, if they wish, at their own cost. Foxtel conduct upgrades on a monthly basis and not for shorter periods. If you would like to upgrade the package please advise at time of booking.
Wifi: Service is provided at no extra charge. Passwords are available upon arrival.
Beach Towels: Please use the beach towels for outdoor activities and wash separately from the other linens when returning from the beach. Thank you.
Non Smoking and No Pets: The entire property is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Security: We advise you to lock the security doors as well as the sliding glass doors to the garden / terrace area when you leave the apartment and at night. Also ensure that both locks on the front door are secure each time you leave the apartment.
Insurance: Guests should ensure they have their own travel insurance for their personal items.
Lock Outs: In the event that a guest locks themselves out charges for re-entry and any key replacement or locksmith will be charged. Loss of keys and garage door opener will need to be charged.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or inclusions that they or their invitees cause during their stay. It is an express condition that guests staying in our apartment will at all times conduct themselves in a manner that does not create annoyance for neighbours or other occupants of the building. They are also responsible for the behaviour of their guests. In the event that there are special by laws of which notice is given at time of booking, guests undertake to comply with these. Failure to observe this condition may result in the cancellation of your booking and eviction from the property with all monies paid being retained by the owner.

The apartment is in a fantastic position, close to shops, bars, restaurants/cafes and the beach. It is well stocked, clean, bright and very comfortable. We would be very happy to return again! This place was the perfect location to experience Bondi Beach. Aside from being a short walking distance to the beach, it's near all the best coffee, cafés, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean and the garage and backyard a huge bonus. We took advantage of the grill and cooked a lot of dinners there. Sharon and Colin were great hosts and I highly recommend staying here, would do so again myself!
We had a lovely stay here. Apartment was clean and comfortable with Foxtel. Best thing about it was the proximity to the beach and bars/restaurants. Amazing location. Great communication between hosts as well.
It was good for its value, close to shops and beach. However, it's noisy consider its a ground floor location. Wouldn't recommend family with kids.

Hi there, we are a travel-loving couple who originate from New Zealand and Canada. After 17 years of life in London we decided to make a change and moved to Bondi Beach, Sydney, Australia. We have come to love this place so much that we have made it our permanent home. We decided to offer our apartment to other travel loving people so they too could come and enjoy this beautiful part of the world.
The apartment is perfect, nestled right in the heart of the Bondi Beach village, but just tucked away off the main street to provide peace and quiet when wanted. Things to enjoy here are the iconic beach (of course), strolls along the world-famous Coastal walk, whale watching, markets, and a host of trendy cafes, international eateries and bars all within a stone’s throw. Local supermarkets are in the immediate area. And that’s without even leaving Bondi Beach!
As your hosts you can rest assured that your stay here will be the most comfortable and memorable while you take in the delights this great city has to offer. There is public transport right on the doorstep direct to the city centre, Circular Quay and the Opera House, as well as the shopping mecca at Westfield Bondi Junction, and Watson’s Bay. Taxi rank is also at the end of the street.
Having travelled widely throughout the world we can appreciate how much it means to come to a place, put your feet up, relax and take it all in.
