This is our family home, it has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, huge deck over the river, and an incredible fire place in the living room to cozy up to. We are a 5 minute walk to the free bus in Breckenridge, on the French Creek route, quiet neighborhood, perfect relaxing spot for your ski vacation.
There is a front room and bathroom that are rented out separately, the door is locked from the hallway, and they have their own access to their room (they will not be in the main home).

The space
There are 3 bedrooms, and one bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen, dining room with ability to lengthen table, laundry room, everything you need! Also, a super comfortable living room with a large screen TV (you are welcome to enter your Netflix, or whatever you use to watch movies) if a night-in suits your fancy.
We do need to have guests who are on the quiet side, and respectful. The rental room at the front of the home is also asked to abide by quiet times of 9pm-6am.
Absolutely no parties, smoking, or pets are allowed. There are two parking spaces next to the home, these are what you will have. The parking space in front of the guest room door is for that room only, please make sure not to park there!

This is a locals neighborhood, quiet and a nice break from the party that town can be. Great for walking around, even in the winter. If you walk down to the end of our street, there is a path out to the main highway and into town, I walk to town often- summer or winter. A two block walk up the street will take you to the bus stops to head into town.

I am a mother of three. My husband is a firefighter/paramedic, and we both love this amazing town we live in.
Skiing and snowboarding in the winter, hiking and biking in the summer, walking into town in every season, taking advantage of the Recreation Center, summer evenings listening to music on the lawn in the middle of town under the glow of the Colorado sky and the shadow of the majestic mountains, these are a list of our favorite things.

We love to be outside most of the time, adventuring and relaxing.
As hosts we may not be seen since we may be in Denver or Colorado Springs (where family live), but we are easily reached.

This is part of our home, so please be clean and respectful, thank you!
