But we promise the apartment we keep for you are similar looking and same size and same equipment and in the same building as the one you saw here. Before you come to us you should know this.
-Our calendar is always updated so there is no need to message me about availability, if it shows as being available on my calendar, then it is!
-There is also no need to message me to ask me about pricing. Once you enter your dates and correct number of guests, Airbnb will give you an accurate quote. Price include all the fee for you staying our apartment. Free internet and room clean fee.(but for the month rent We have to explain here serviced apartment is little different from hotel about the utilities fees. Since serviced apartment have kitchen and washing machine so you can cook or do something else here. Short-term accommodation(less than 30nights), price is include all the fees, but monthly price not include water and electricity fees(we will read meters of water and electricity when you check in and check out and calculate how much you used. Normally for one month stay, totally cost is 400RMB. Anyway the cost is different depend on each person consumption.)
-Please do not message me to come our apartment and take a look at the apartment first, since we are difficult to meet each other.. Airbnb do not like us leave personal contract way here, so do not ask us to meet you at some place( exit of subway, or some special place…), without phone number we are so hard to find each other.. we have run our business long time, and we promise you that we will keep nice apartment for you. Please believe us.. And you pay the rent to airbnb first, the day after you check in, then the Airbnb sent rent to us..So it is quite safe for your money.

The apartment was ok. Very well located. Leon's team was very kind and helpful. Check in and out went smoothly. Good Internet connection. The only thing was that the smell of cigarets which bothered us a bit was very strong. It was also not the most clean place we stayed in.
AirBNB invoice shows a different address luckily we have the host email and is able to find the correct address. Once we arrived at apt, we were lost as we do not know how to get to the office as the lift is computerised.
We were not so happy as the room we booked was not available still being rented out and we were given another different layout (I believe is same size) and have move back to the room we booked the next morning causing inconveniences.
We really appreciates Leon and his team as they are very helpful and friendly.
Overall, Good location and easily accessible to restaurants and taxis. Good value for money if you are looking for a budget place in a home environment.
Overall, this was an average stay. The apartment was not bad for the price. The bed was very hard and the apartment itself was quite shabby, but Leon and the other staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I think the reviews of other people are quite accurate. So I have not much to add to that. You will find some things you would liked to have a bit different, but Leon and his staff will do everything in their power to make it allright. Just a few other things. We got a long description of all the things you should know about the apartment, its surroundings and how to get there, what is really very helpful. Nevertheless I would warn you not to make the mistake we did: going to subway station Changshu in stead of Changshou! We had some difficulties with finding a nice Chinese restaurant in the neighbourhood. We found one, one block in the direction of the subway, only a wide door on the ground floor; the restaurant is on the first (second) floor. Sufficient information in English, clean and enough choice for two or three meals. We can recommand to go to Paris Baquette on the other side of the road of the subway station, for breakfast or lunch, or only to have a very good cup of coffee, for a better price than Costa or Starbucks. They have wifi. We liked the neigbourhood of the apartment, that is quit a mixture (not touristic at all) and not too far from all the highlights of the city and certainly very close to the main Shanghai railway station.

The location is great, but you have to pass a local market, which is kind of messy and dirty, to get to the MRT. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is overall clean, but the furniture and stuff in it are not that nice. All in all, considering the fact that the rent is quite inexpensive, it would be a good choice if you are travelling on a limited budget.
The experience of staying at Big Studio A @ SaintLand CityHome 365 was just so-so. The cleaning services were unilaterally cut to once per week for 6 weeks and the situation continued even after repeated requests to restore to twice per week. In addition, it took 2-3 weeks to fix the air-conditioning and shower system. In terms of location, the apartment is situated in convenient location of the city with a shopping mall within walking distance. Sufficient bus and metro network can be found.
We had a great stay at Leon's Big Studio A @ SaintLand CityHome365. Leon and his team was very warm and caring, they were very receptive to making their guest feel at home and they went the extra mile to making sure we enjoy our stay in their city. We were in constant communication before and throughout our stay. The checkin and checkout process was quick and painless, even though our flight came in really late and we flew out really early. The room was clean, but the building and surrounding neighborhood was not so much. It's fairly close to the metro station (3-4 long blocks / about a 5-10 walk) and their is an abundant of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. The bathroom is very tiny and it consist of a toilet, small sink, and an open standing shower. The beds were on the hard-side but not unbearable. Overall for the price, it was a good value!
