Enjoy this studio with plenty of sleeping room for your guests!! There is a Queen size bed, Cable TV is available on large 32" flatscreen TV, mounted on wall for easy viewing. The kitchenette includes all cooking utensils, Pots/Pans/Toaster/Coffee Maker/2 burner stove/Dishes/Microwave, and Refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with extra towels and toiletries. The outdoor balcony can sit 2-3 people. This is great for a few people who want to be steps away from beach and heart of Waikiki.
Located on-site are a 24-hour convenience store, internet cafe, laundromat, tour desk, surf shop and public parking are available on-site.
This property is elevator accessible with trash chutes are located on each floor.
Interaction with Guests
Interaction with guests is generally limited to welcoming upon arrival. I try to respect my guest's boundaries and allow them their experience without interruption. However, I am always available when my quests have requests, need for directions or information about what to see and do.
Location, Location, Location! We are in the middle of it all.
Much to see and do in Waikiki. The World’s most famous beach is just two short blocks away. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants and nightclubs that cater to every nationality. Ask the kamaaina (locals) for their tips. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and other “World Class Shopping” may be found on Kalakaua Avenue (the street fronting the beach). A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts.
Parking is available onsite and is located in the below street level garage. Daily parking fees are approx. $20 per 24 hours. Payment options may be selected at the vending kiosk located at the bottom of the ramp.
But who needs a car in Waikiki? Everything is in walking distance. But if you have an itch to venture out, the island's bus transit system is awesome.

Per community house rules, all guests must register with the on-site resident manager or security. A photo copy of valid government issued identification is required for all guests in the unit.
All residents are required to sign-in their guests at the Security Desk in the main lobby for every visit. Guests are not permitted unescorted above the lobby level and may not be in possession/and or use of key set. Use of key set is reserved for the express use of residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone other than the resident and guest.
In general, all guests are asked to be a good neighbor and to also comply with the following:
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Trash chutes are located on all floors. Please adhere to posted signing. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpster in the garage.
-Items may never hang over or from a lanai ledge.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
-Upon check-out, please place all keys in the key drop in the door to the rear of our office to the right of the security desk in the lobby of Tower 1. Unaccounted for key sets will incur a $75 charge per set.
Happy to have a decent, convenient room in sold out Waikiki area this time but will shop around a bit more next time. No major complaints.
It was nice place very close to the wakiki beach. And also convenient. I had a great time in Hawaii for this room.
There was an issues with our arrival and we were about 3 hours later than we had expected to be. Our host Richard was very kind and accommodating when we finally arrived. The room fit the description and looked as it did in the photos.
This is a basic, clean room in a basic building in a PERFECT location! Great local and upscale food nearby, surf rentals, shopping, etc. This place is for you if you are looking for a comfortable place to sleep and plan to explore when you aren't sleeping. Bed was very comfortable and a new window unit kept it cool and blocked out the street noise. You may want a sleeping mask if you like it dark for sleeping. The curtains are black, but don't block all the light. Host was very responsive and helpful.
Never met Theresa but the staff we did meet were very helpful. Close to all the amenities-which was great. For the price, the room was fine. The hallways were not very well maintained. The bedding REALLY needs to be replaced as it looks very dirty. It is also very noisy so earplugs were a must. Otherwise the room has pretty much everything you need and if it doesn't the staff are quick to get it for you. We were rarely in our room as there is so much to do and explore in Waikiki and the surrounding area.
We had a very comfortable two night stay in Waikiki. The apartment is simple and clean and suited our needs to a tee. Super close to the middle of Waikiki beach so we didn't have to rent a car while we in town. Thanks Theresa!
Really nice place!!!! Everything is so convenient, I borrow a lot of beach stuffs from the host, and saved a lot of money. The host is so friendly! He also gave me a lot of information about the island!!! It's great!!!!

ALOHA! I am happy to share this incredibly, beautiful Island with all our wonderful visitors. I want your visit to Waikiki be smooth, easy and memorable. Feel free to stop by my office, ground floor of Kuhio Village, any time. I have a wonderful team of managers: Richard, Keoki, Luise, Diana...to name a few. We are there daily and can assist with directions to the many local eateries, activites and entertainment. And if your plane is running late or you need a late check-in, do not worry we can set up a lockbox if necessary and a few of my managers live close by if an emergency situation comes up.
