This is a 100 year old quaint historic home located in downtown Phoenix area. Encanto Park established in 1935 is right across the street, enjoy the duck ponds, paddle boating, 18 hole Encanto golf course within walking distance, Pool directly across the street during summer only. friendly park and neighborhood! Bikes are available for borrowing. Several restaurants, museum, theatre within 2 miles. Sky Harbor Airport within 7 miles, Highway I17, I10 within 2 miles.

The space
7 miles to Airport, 2 miles to main highway I17 to flagstaff, I10 to East to Tucson - or I10 West to California. The nearest grocery stores Sprouts or Safeway is 2 miles away. There are many restaurants to choose from within 4 miles.
Biltmore Fashion Park is 5 miles away. In the cottage you’ll see a blue book located on the desk it has a list with addresses, distance , and phone numbers to many restaurants, museum, movie theaters, hiking trails and more.

Guest access
The middle of the driveway is always reserved for guest's, when you drive in please pull all the way up. There is a brown iron gate with a keypad, I will text the gate code through Airbnb or to your cell phone if its a domestic number on the day of your arrival. When you open the gate walk straight ahead. The cottage has a glass door. There is a seating area outside your door for you.

Across the street is Encanto Park established in 1935. It is 222 acres, I recommend walking and exploring all it has to offer. There is a pool during the summer June-September - tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, duck pond, bike paths, and paddle boats. You can take a left out of the driveway walk to the light “Encanto Blvd” walk into the park that way or just go across the street and walk into the that way.
