Private room, big window, double bed, desk, internet, great house in a quiet neighborhood, one block to the metro/subway, southern exposure so the whole house is sunny all day. There are 4 bedrooms in the house so you will be sharing with three others and each bedroom has a lock. The Atwater Market is just down the street from the house, great location to eat breakfast, shop at the open air Market, go to any of the numerous restaurants around the Market. Center of downtown is 2 metro stops away. Bike rental by the city of Montreal down the street. Great area for jogging along the Canal. If you prefer to stay for less time just contact me. The metro is very close to this house.

Ce logement est prés du métro .
Il est à un prix trés abordable.
il ne faut pas oublier de fermer la fenêtre de la chambre pour dormir car la voie ferrée n'est pas loin mais l'isolation accoustique est correcte.
Very pleased with the apartments I've rented from Gail. The descriptions on Airbnb were accurate, and the locations were ideal for my needs
The room I originally booked was, for some reason, not available. Gail made another room available at a different location, closer to a couple key locations in my travels.
I moved from Halifax to Montreal without having an apartment yet. I arrived on a Friday night (almost midnight) and Gail was always looking for me, sending me emails of how to get downtown. She was absolutely helpful.
The place is clean and WAY better than staying in a Hostel (done that twice in Montreal). One block and a half from Charlevoix metro.
I spent 9 days there looking for a place and finally got it. Gail was always asking if everything was ok.
Gail was a great host and gave me a lot of tips. The room was large enough for all my stuff. I got everything I needed. It's very close to the next metro station and from there you can get to downtown Montreal in a few minutes. Would stay there again!
Thank Gail for hosting my 2 nights in Montreal. The room is small but enough for me. My stay is too short but I am happy with it. Will come back with Gail next time.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Gails, the other guests were great and Gail was extremely helpful giving me tips and ideas on where to go in Montreal. Her place is nice and clean with full cooking and laundry facilitys. It is only a few minutes walk to the Metro and nice and close to some beautiful markets for breakfast. I would certainly recommend staying at Gails.
Great location! Right next to an active baseball field and only a walk away from the metro, bixie (community bike rentals), and very close to a farmers market.
Gail was a great host and was great to talk with. Made me feel very comfortable and will most likely rent from her again.
The place was clean and quiet. Very close to the Metro and some bus lines. The price was great. Overall it was a good deal. The only reason I'm not rating it a 5 stars is because on my first night there, I was locked out due to a misunderstanding with another guest. My fellow guest reimbursed me for the night (great gesture on her part). The rest of my stay there was okay. But frankly I wish the host would have shown that she was at least sorry that I was locked out and had take a nap in the vestibule/stairs for over an hour. I know a lot guests have described her as a friendly and helpful. That just was not my experience. That being said, it was a good deal.
We enjoyed this area and Gail was full of local information for us. We would stay at one of her properties again.
