Welcome to Phantom Pines Lodge! A sunny, rustic, all-season, golf-themed cabin overlooking a stunning 18-hole golf course tucked back on 20 acres of private land in the heart of the Huron National Forest.

Enjoy your stay relaxing at the lodge, playing cards, golfing nearby, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, or tubing down the Ausable River. Come experience your own little slice of heaven in Glennie, MI!

The space
Our golf lodge provides plenty of natural sunshine and private golf views to enjoy while lounging on the massive wrap-around porch watching golfers smash their balls into our Michigan-shaped pond.

With 3 stories to explore and 20 acres to adventure on, you can be sure to find plenty of relaxation and of course, a tee time nearby. We have 25+ golf courses on our preferred golf recommendations list that are all within 1 hour of our lodge. And we might just have a little something for you at one of these golf courses to help enhance your stay!

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire main lodge, porch and property.

The ADU above the garage is currently under construction, but will soon be available as we add more amenities like a golf simulator and other fun golf-related activities!

Other things to note
* This is a RUSTIC cabin. Things may not be perfect and we like that. Just enjoy the character! It's a true hidden gem. As we grow, we will be adding more and more updates and amenities to make it an unforgettable stay.

* The upper levels may get warm in the summer, but because the cabin is built into a hill, it naturally stays cool in the basement so with this pro tip you can circulate the cool air.
- Pro Tip:
At sunset or later, open the main level double doors facing the backyard AND the front door to the cabin simultaneously to allow the wind to rush through the home for about 10 minutes. This will usually drop the temperature in the house by about 5-10 degrees to help cool the home.
- You can also do this in the upper level by carefully opening both sets of double doors. Just remember to close them properly!
- When in doubt, use the small portable air conditioners in the bedrooms ( remember to fill with cold water or ice for best results )

FRIENDLY WARNING:
Some areas of the wrap-around porch may not be suitable for small children. We do not recommend leaning on the railings and please watch your step around the home.

We do NOT have city water.
