The main house has 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and a brand new 2025 upper deck and a heated pool! The other two bedrooms are in a separate lower level apartment with a movie theater room, this apartment has its own entrance and does not connect through the house. The house is one block from the Freedom Park Trail which leads to the beltline, you can walk 2 miles to Piedmont Park. It is a half mile from Inman Park village which has many restaurants and just around the corner from Little 5 Points.

The space
The house is a block from Freedom Park trial which leads to the Atlanta Beltline (a 22 mile walking trail being built to circle the city). You can walk to Ponce City Market on these paths. The house had a $100,000 renovation in 2017 (new kitchen combined with dining room, remodeled bathrooms) and $200,000 renovation in 2025 (pool/deck). This is just the perfect room for entertaining or just hanging out! The pool and jacuzzi were completed in December 2024 and will be heated April thru October (unless privately arranged for longer). The jacuzzi will be heated and usable year-round!
The house layout is:
- Second floor primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large smart TV.
- Adjacent bedroom shares a bathroom with the master and also has a king-sized adjustable bed and smart TV.
- Third bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large smart TV.
- Fourth bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom and has TWO bunk beds. The bunk beds have a twin bed over a full-sized bed. This room sleeps six.
- The fifth and sixth bedroom have queen beds and are located in the basement level.
- The basement level also has a full kitchen, dining room for 4, and movie theatre room
- The living room with a gas fireplace and a connecting office.
- The dining room that seats 8.
- Beautiful downstairs sunroom that opens up onto a huge deck that overlooks a giant fenced in yard and pool.
- There is a restaurant grade Weber grill on the deck that you are welcome to use.
- The house is full of windows and has high ceilings.
- This house is walking distance to Little 5 Points, Inman Park Village, and Virginia Highlands and just a couple of miles to downtown and Midtown. - City of Atlanta short-term rental license number is STRL-2022-00632

This large house has private access to the back deck and the back yard with swimming pool. The listing includes the basement apartment.

Other things to note
Pets are sometimes allowed, there is always a fee. It is $100 per.
Parties are not allowed, if you are having guest over it must me talked about ahead of time.
I do sometimes allow calm parties for a fee. The pool and spa close at 10PM Monday through Thursday and at 11pm Friday and Saturday. There is a noise ordinance in the neighborhood so it cannot be loud past these hours especially outside,
