Villa Faros is a luxurious 4-bedroom retreat with breathtaking sea views and a private infinity pool, perched on a cliff near Agios Pavlos, south Rethymno. Just 40m above a secluded pebble beach with private access, it offers total privacy, elegant design, and panoramic views of the Libyan Sea. The space
Villa Faros is a lovely villa for guests who would like to enjoy peaceful holidays in a luxury villa with very beautiful sea views. A few taverns, a small mini-market and one bar can be found in the village of Agios Pavlos, at about 4 km away. The town of Agia Galini is about 20 km away, and the famous beach of Triopetra about 8 km away.

It has two floors and it is designed in a beautiful way in order to provide exceptional sea views from every bedroom and almost every space. A sea view open plan area with a cozy living room, a fireplace, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen is provided on the pool floor. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom is also provided on the pool floor.

An interior staircase leads downstairs, where one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with a double bed each and a common bathroom are offered. An impressive hammam room is also provided.

Please note for large groups (more than 8 guests) an open plan studio with a small kitchen is also available downstairs. The studio has a cocomat double bed, and an IKEA sofa bed where can sleep two children.

The sea view courtyard has a lovely heated private pool with sea views, eight sun loungers and a shaded dining table with a barbecue corner. Free wireless internet and air conditioning are provided in every bedroom. A washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher are offered as well.

Villa Faros unfolds in two levels, within the 1.2 acre private plot that benefits from a south eastern orientation. The design is aimed at the smooth integration of the building in the sloping plot, with full exploitation of the views and protection from the westerly winds.

Villa Faros is located 12 km from the charming seaside town of Agia Galini and 89 km from Heraklion Airport.

Other things to note
Air-condition, wireless internet, bed linen, bathroom towels and cleaning every 3/4 days are included in the price.

The pool can be heated with the additional cost of 300 Euros per week.
