Welcome to our home Treetops is a beautiful 3 bedroom unit on the top floor. It has a huge covered deck that overlooks magnificent poinciana trees and large Norfolk pine. Parklands and walking tracks are close by

Local shops and pub are within walking distance. The Lady Musgrave terminal, the Turtle Experience at Mon Repos and beaches are only a short drive away. Bargara and Bundaberg is a 15 minute drive

It is our family home and we live in the unit downstairs with our son and JD our dog

The space
Our home is set amongst beautiful poinsettia trees and a magnificent Norfolk pine on the Main Street of Burnett Heads. It has a huge covered deck out the front with views over the lighthouse park where you see kangaroos jumping across the road. There is a designated bbq area with a drinks fridge. There are 3 bedrooms and an open plan lounge kitchen dining that leads off to the front deck. There is a small desk that we use as an office in this area. There is no designated office as such. The back yard has ample room to put your boat.

We are a two minute drive from Oaks Beach and 5 minute drive from Mon Repos where the world renown turtle hatchery is

The shops and hotel is within walking distance. There is a lovely park across the road where you will see kangaroos lazing about

You have the whole top floor of the house to yourself. Pets are not permitted in yard by themselves. Underneath there are two small flats where we reside

Please note we have a small dog on the premises. He is a shitzu poodle cross and his name is JD. He is a friendly sole and lives downstairs in the granny flat although he does have access to the yard. He does not bark unless scared and he may wish to visit you upstairs.

We can accommodate 5 people. However if you wish to bring an extra person and they are happy to sleep on the couch or you have an air mattress let me know. I will see if we can accommodate you

Small dogs are permitted on request. Pls note They are NOT permitted in bedrooms, bathroom or on any furniture in house or verandah. Please bring their bedding The yard is not completely fenced so it is not suitable for dogs to be left by themselves for any length of time. They can be left for short periods on verandah.

We are 14 houses away from the local shops which include the lighthouse hotel and Sea Gypsy cafe. There is a great IGA and fish and chip shops within easy walking distance. You can o for a walk through our lovely parks or head out on the Lady Musgrave experience from Burnett Heads.

Oaks beach and Mon Repos are only a short drive away and it is only 14 kms into Bundaberg


Burnett Heads is a thriving little fishing village close to Bargara and Bundaberg. It is a quiet and peaceful little town with a wonderful sense of community.
