Come stay in one of the best places in downtown Carrboro! A less than five minute walk will get you to Weaver Street Market and all the shops, restaurants, and bars downtown. This studio apartment is part of a triplex that shares a large fenced in yard with 2 other units. You'll get to enjoy lots of natural light, original hardwood floors and a tiny kitchen that will meet all of your needs! Way more spacious than a hotel room, and as close to downtown as you can get.

The space
This is a well appointed 350 square foot Studio with all the amenities of a luxury hotel room plus kitchen. There is a large porch and shared laundry as well.

The yard is fully fenced in. The yard and back deck area are shared with another Airbnb.

Please note that this home only has one parking space available for your stay. If additional parking is needed there MAYBE space in an auxiliary lot, which is about a ten minute walk from the property. Advanced notice is necessary and there is a $15/night fee.

Guest access
You'll have access to a washer and dryer in a shared laundry area between the main house and apartment.

Other things to note
The studio is part of a triplex in a historic Carrboro home that overlooks the back porch and yard with large oak trees.

Pets are allowed for an additional $50 cleaning fee.
