Surrounded by the serenity of rural landscapes and panoramic views, this open plan self-contained 2 bedroom guest house is perfect for a family, couples or group of friends. Located a scenic 10-15 minute drive to Orange CBD, Figtrees Cottage is a beautiful, peaceful place to unwind after a day of countryside adventuring, wine tasting and food sampling.

The space
Figtrees Cottage farm-stay is your rural home-away-from-home and includes all the things you need for an easy escape to the country.
It features:
- Keyless entry for flexible check-in.
- Light-filled open-plan living and dining
- Self-contained kitchen including breakfast hamper, tea and coffee provisions
- Two cosy bedrooms, quality bedding, electric blankets in Winter, and plenty of storage
- Bedroom 2 can be cofigured into two separate single beds or king bed arrangement (on request at time of booking)
- Children's high chair and port-a-cot (on request)*
- Bathroom with bathtub and shower
- Laundry facilities
- Air-conditioning for cosy Winters and cool Summers
- Juliet balcony on which to enjoy a morning coffee or sunset wine
- Outdoor fire pit (provisions at no extra cost). N.B. Use of fire pit will be limited during the Bushfire Danger period (October- March), and strictly NOT IN USE during regional and state-wide fire ban periods
- Panoramic views of the breathtaking countryside
- Free onsite parking

Guests will enjoy the privacy and space of Figtrees Cottage, and can explore the 12 acre 'Figtrees' property during their stay.

For the convenience of guests, we are easily contactable should they need any assistance, as we live in a separate private residence on the property block.

*Things to note:

There is no baby gate for the top of the stairs so parents are reminded to be extra vigilant of their children's movements to ensure their safety at all times.

Children are to be under the supervision of an adult carer at all times during their stay. This applies to all areas of the property, both in the cottage and outdoor areas of the property.

We regret that pets can not be accommodated at Figtrees Cottage at this time.

Pine harvesting season (July- Oct) means the distant sound of machinery may carry from the neighbouring pine forest. This may occur if you are staying Mon-Fri and may be heard at intervals between 6am-4pm. Guests may also see logging trucks go into the pine forest.

Guest access
Keyless access will make check-in hassle-free and flexible for guests. A pin code will be provided for access to the main driveway front gate, as well as the entry to Figtrees Cottage.
