Below your patio at Faro Real is the infinity pool on the beach near Punta Mita. Your backyard is the quiet Mexican community of Emiliano Zapata with friendly neighbors, great street tacos and a stretch of nice restaurants along the beach for fantastic outdoor dining. Our small complex is an oasis after a day of exploring. Open and comfortable, it has all the amenities you'll need for a relaxing vacation. We are happy to answer any questions and offer suggestions for a regenerative stay.
The space
Our condo is simple and comfortable. If you are someone who enjoys cooking your own meals, the kitchen has all that you'll need to prepare fresh local seafood and produce. Dine inside or out on the patio with ample seating. Read or watch Netflix from the large comfortable sofa or a variety of seating options. Each room opens onto the balcony and the ocean below. Sleep to the sound of the waves lapping or close the door and read in bed in peace. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom as well. One with a soaking tub as well as a shower. These condos are very well built, and you likely will not hear anyone above or below. This condo is the only one on this floor, so it is private.
Guest access
Parking is just across the street from the entrance on our small street.
The condo comes complete with a laundry room.
Guests have access to the elevator, pool and hot tub, patio barbecue, and beach access.
Other things to note
Our manager, Betty also has many years of experience in this area. She or her team will meet you at the condo with keys and information about the complex. They will be available to help with your needs beyond whatever questions we can answer. Some people like to have a personal chef come in to cook. She can help with that as well.

Our neighborhood is perfectly situated between the bustling and lively towns of Sayulita, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Bucerias. If you're really into the nightlife, our location is not for you. But if you enjoy dipping into the great restaurants, music, and shopping but want to retreat to quiet, Faro Real is ideal! It's like getting your cake and eating it too!

Lives in Juneau, Alaska
Mike and I have lived in Alaska for thirty years; both born in southern California. We are outdoor, water based people who love hiking, biking, and being in the wilderness. We used to be commercial fishermen, and while we still keep our hands in a bit, we spend our time now working with and training search and rescue dogs with our team in Juneau. Our place in Mexico meets our water needs in a much warmer way! We love surfing; and pairing it with warm water and a beautiful culture make it a great balance for our northern home.
