We were a group of 4 adults and a 13 year old who visited Florence in July 2015 for 4 nights.
We were extremely happy with every aspect of our stay at David's apartment. It apartment is a part of a unique and historic building in an absolutely prime position. To put it in context it is a 5 to 10 minutes stroll to Pont Vecchio (and the Uffizzi) and a further 5 minutes walk to the Duomo.
The apartment is very much as described on the website - airconditioning, wifi, lift. To be fair we did not spend any time cooking as David's restaurant recommendations were
We loved everything about Florence, and David's passion for the city (and his apartment) gave us a great start to our visit to the city. David's recommendations on what to do, where to go, and where to eat were all excellent - even down to the supermarket, the gelati shops, and the restaurant across the road (and Francesco!).
We could not recommend the apartment or David to you more highly.
David's apartment is great. The AC was wonderful in the heat and it was very spacious. The location is great and I would be happy to stay there again.
David´s flat is very nice located, we can easily reach to any tourist spots, there are many shops, bars and restaurantes. The flat is in a historic building, it is just like the photos, we felt like at home. In the first day David offered us useful information which helped us to save the time and enjoy more in Florence. We went to Piazza Santo Spirito almost every night, which he recommended. Thanks.
David foi excelente anfitrião. Recebeu-nos pessoalmente e fez questão de explicar todos os detalhes do apartamento, assim como os da região e nos dar sugestões de bons lugares para comer. O apartamento estava limpo e o ar condicionado funcionava muito bem
