The space
The Federal Building was the first high rise building built in downtown Youngstown in 1898. The original flooring still exists in the hallways today.

The downtown offers many great and unique places to eat from an upscale bistro, several great burger places, as well as many bars and restaurants. Many of the establishments offer live nightly entertainment. Points of interest like the Covelli Center, the DeYor Performing Arts Center, the Funny Farm Comedy Club, the OH Wow Science Center are all attractions within short walking distance of this locations.
The beautiful Mill Creek Park is less than 1.5 miles away offering biking, hiking, running and walking trails as well as lakes for paddle boats, Lanterman's mill and Fellows Riverside Gardens.
