You will have your own private apartment with separate entrance. I am in the unit below the apartment. As a local, I am happy to show anyone around or offer recommendations upon request.
The Fauborg Marigny is the art and music center of the city. Rated one of the best neighborhoods in New Orleans, with locally owned art galleries, boutiques and restaurants popping up all over and at the center of it, the live music scene of Frenchmen st.
Excellent walk-score. Everything you need --groceries, supermarket, bars, laundry, restaurants, museums-- all just a short walk away. The French Quarter is three blocks away. Bourbon--the heart of the French Quarter--is just a 9 min walk from our house. Basically anything in the French Quarter is under ten min walk away from us. No need to use or bring your car.

Noah: 32, statistical consultant Jasmine: 24, kindergarten teacher. We just purchased a home, are a soon to be married and now consider NOLA our home! I'm originally from New Hampshire and she is from NYC. We love everything about the Big Easy! Although we live in the historic Marigny neighborhood, we enjoy every single part of this city, from Uptown to the Ninth Ward. We can give you great advice on where to site see, shop, bar-hop, find great eats, or guide you to hidden jewels off the beaten path for some extra local flavor! Our dream vacation begins in Ecuador and ends in Alaska... (and we've already done it)
