Interaction with Guests
You will have your own private apartment with separate entrance. I am in the unit below the apartment. As a local, I am happy to show anyone around or offer recommendations upon request.
The Fauborg Marigny is the art and music center of the city. Rated one of the best neighborhoods in New Orleans, with locally owned art galleries, boutiques and restaurants popping up all over and at the center of it, the live music scene of Frenchmen st.
Excellent walk-score. Everything you need --groceries, supermarket, bars, laundry, restaurants, museums-- all just a short walk away. The French Quarter is three blocks away. Bourbon--the heart of the French Quarter--is just a 9 min walk from our house. Basically anything in the French Quarter is under ten min walk away from us. No need to use or bring your car.
Other Things to Note

Noah was awesome! He was excellent at communication and was very thoughtful at checking in with us via text to see how things were going. He was originally going to meet us at the house, but we were delayed on our drive in so unfortunately we were not able to meet face to face, but Noah left the key for us at the house in a lockbox which was really convenient. The house itself is really cool, and you can really feel the history of the century old space. Despite the age, it is super well kept and updated in the kitchen with a modern touch. The location is very close to the river and the French Quarter (walking distance, less than 10 minutes) and we were really pleased with the value. This quality space and quality location is hard to find at this price point. We would definitely stay here again!
Noah was very accommodating and made himself available for our every need. He made sure we had towels and day to day requirements such as soap, toothpaste, and more. He shared with us about the neighborhood, plus supplied a printed quick sheet with some of the more popular spots, accompanied with directions. The apartment was cozy and quaint, and right in the heart of the city just off of Frenchman Street. Live music from street performers on the regular, Dat Dog down the block, and plenty of bars to grab a cold drink. This was my first experience using airbnb, and I couldn't have been more pleased.
Host was very welcoming and helpful. The place was a perfect spot for the night and the main area is right around the corner. Loved staying there and would absolutely recommend it if you are looking for an opportunity to feel like a local for the night.
Noah's studio is in the best possible location in New Orleans. We enjoyed dancing and music in Frenchmen street, wining and dining in Marigny, and all the wonderful wild eccentricities of this great city!
Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was at Noah & Jasmine's studio. Located right in the heart of where every traveler should be, the hosts checked in throughout our visit and had wonderful recommendations on where to go. The studio was clean, spacious, and absolutely lovely. Highly recommend! Can't wait to return.
A lovely host, always ready to help if needed. We enjoy our stay in New orleans. The apartment very well located, near the french quarter.
Noah and Jasmine's place was super cute and in the middle of it all. Noah was in contact the whole time to make sure everything was ok. Aww, he is so nice!! They give a lot of recommendations. Man, I could go on and on, but the jist is that we had a great time and being able to stay here was a big reason why.
