Williamsburg is the best! You will be right around the corner from vintage boutiques, Michelin restaurants, nightlife, a thriving music scene, food trucks and great transit options, from the water taxi to streets easily traveled by foot.
We are located between the Bedford Ave L and the Marcy Ave JMZ subway stops. Both stations are the first stop in Brooklyn, so you can get to Manhattan in no time!
It is also an easy commute to JFK Airport and a quick cab ride to Laguardia.

Alex provided me with an excellent place to stay in Brooklyn. The description and pictures he provided were completely accurate as listed through this site. The internet was very fast and helped me a lot when trying to figure out via laptop which train to take, addresses, etc. Being located so close to the Williamsburg bridge, it's just a quick walk to hop on the train and get to Manhattan or further into Brooklyn, from where you can go anywhere else in the city. The apartment was very clean and I had no problems whatsoever with any of the other guests. I would highly recommend other travelers to stay here, as it is an excellent value for such a prime location. I look forward to staying here again the next time I visit the city.
Easy to locate, about a ten minute walk to the nearest metro and the east river ferry. Nice area, with plenty of food and drink options within easy walking distance. Room was clean and air-conditioned, but not at all soundproofed- would recommend using the earplugs offered!
The major downside to this apartment was sharing one bathroom with up to nine people. Can be a bit of a headache getting in a shower in the morning!
Alex's place is awesome! Everything is near: supermarket, coffee shops, bagle stores, bars, places to have lunch or eat at anytime. Trains to Manhattan and JKF are near and you'll be in the heart of the city in about 20 minutes. Alex give us all the tips we need to move around the neighbourhood and the city as well. Thanks Alex for sharing your house with us!
Alex was very welcoming. The space was bright, clean, and pleasant to stay in. The neighborhood is great: easy walk to two subways and lots of cool eats in the area. Alex was friendly and very helpful!
We have had a good time in Williamsburg and in Alex's apartment. The room and apartment was very clean. The metro was not so far away so that it takes a short time to get to Manhattan. The only negative thing we think is the apartmenthouse and the staircase...it was dirty and run down.
The perfect stay for those wanting to be close to the action. Bedford Avenue is around the corner and everything you need only a short walk away. Alex has a great, clean and friendly place and I'd definitely recommend it to friends.
Alex was great, very low key. The apartment is right in the middle of a lot of "happening" places.
