A clean and charming cabin on a magical island. Everything that we hoped for. It was the perfect destination for a quiet and peaceful decompression. They did provide some board games and magazines, but this trip helped us to learn better what we would bring next time, such as reading material, hobbies, and/or games. Our hosts were very accessible, and careful to keep us posted regarding weather and safety.

This place is heaven on earth. It is so well stocked and well organized - has everything you need (drinking water, kitchen items, kayaks etc) and nothing unnecessary. The island is unique and has a great walking trail. Holly is so nice and accommodating. I wish we could leave a bad review just so this place would be available next time we want to come!

Everything was great! Holly's husband was waiting for us when we arrived and set up the canoe for easy access and set up. The cabin was in great shape and everything we needed was provided and then some. We would go back in a heart beat!

Holly was a wonderful host, quickly answering all questions leading up to the trip. She provided everything as promised on the listing. The cabin is set on a beautiful piece of property with a stellar view and no immediate neighbors. The canoe and kayaks allowed for exploring of the islands and the deck was ideal for ending the day with a game of cribbage. It was the perfect place for a weekend escape!

We had a great time at Holly's cabin. Arrival and departure were easy and flexible, the cabin was very quiet, private, and comfortable, and the scenery was gorgeous. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others!

Holly provided us a truly amazing experience at the cabin, from the remote location to cooking on the wood stove. The paddle from where you park your car to the cabin's dock is a scenic jaunt that is primarily calm with an occasional lobster boat passing by. Once at the cabin, everything is simple, organized and allows for a comfortable disconnect from every day stressors. There is also kayaks available to explore. The opposite side of the island is scattered with a vast array of different colored bouys that will leave you in awe. This stay exuded all of Maine's authentic heritage in a short amount of time. We stayed for 4 days and the cooler kept everything cool, the proprane stove was easy to cook meals on, and the outhouse was actually pleasant. Definitely would recommend staying here to anyone, it was perfect spot to recharge our batteries. Holly is a wonderful host, thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

A beautiful and private cabin on a remote part of the Maine coast. The two of us enjoyed sunny weather in the idyllic setting and we went swimming both days. Holly provided clear instructions and she met us at the agreed-upon time. A wonderful place for a couple to spend time together.
