The space

The house is brand new, fully furnished, located in Jamsil/Songpa--quiet residential area, centered in hub of all transportation, and close to many sightseeing places including Lotte World/Tower, Seokchon lake, Songridangil, Olympic Park, Jamsil Sports Complex, Garak Market, and Han River.

Convenience store is located right across the building, and Supermarket is within 2 min walking distance. There is a songridangil with lots of restaurants and cafes just in few minutes walk.
In case you need suggestions about the town, I can recommend great restaurants of the town and fun places to hang out for you :)
