Cute, open concept 1100 square foot house, 2 minutes walk to a private beach.

Everything you need, including the BBQ, a spacious back deck on a private 1 acres yard with the sounds of the ocean. WIFI, Apple TV(Netflix) , air conditioning and close to all amenities ( 10 minutes drive to downtown Shediac and Parlee Beach. 20 minutes drive from downtown Moncton, 40 minutes drive to Confederation Bridge)

The numbre of guest is 5 however the pull out sofa could fit 2 as it is a double bed.

The space
1 large master bedroom with Queen size bed, second bedroom with two single beds and a double pullout couch in the living room ( not the most comfortable pull out couch, but fits one person very comfortably). Washer/Dryer and dishwasher and air conditioning.

During your stay

I am open to renting from late June to late September. Renters should rent for at least one week. Weekly rentals run from Sunday afternoon arrival to Sunday morning departure. Dogs are welcome if kept on leash while outside. Please let me know if you are bringing your family pet with you as it may slightly change the check out time.
