About this listing
Hey guys! I've got a really nice guest bedroom in a really nice renovated apt. right smack in the middle of downtown.
The apt is fully renovated and in an open space configuration. The guest bedroom is adjacent to the living spaces. My bedroom is toward the front of the building, away from any noise you could make. The guest bedroom gives onto a typical courtyard, away from the traffic noise.
You will have access to every living space including a nice balcony. The kitchen has everything you would need for meals if you need.
NOTE: The two things the apt doesn't have is a TV and an A/C unit. But there is a large fan available in your room.
You will have your towels and some toiletries waiting for you in your closet.
Interaction with Guests
I work Mon through Fri 9:00AM to 5:00PM so I'm not really around the house during the day, and I'm fairly quiet during weeknights. But you can have people over for drinks or dinner...I've got no problem with that.
There is no parking available with this listing. There is a few spots on the street that are not restricted (save for a few hours every week). There is however a paying parking lot literally 4 doors down the street. It's perfectly safe and guests in the past have often found this option most convenient. It don't have all the rates but it's between 10$ and 15$ for the day and I think about 10$ for the night. There are also parking meters right around the corner that are only for daytime...so some guests have found it better to move the car there for the night. There are also other options ($) I can recommend if need be.
Other Things to Note
I will not prepare breakfast for you... sorry... :-)
However, you will find in the kitchen what I refer to as an "emergency breakfast kit" which consists of coffee (there's a coffee maker), tea, milk, orange juice, a loaf of bread, peanut butter, jams and butter (sometimes eggs). You can check my Guidebook for breakfast spots nearby.
There is no smoking inside the apartment. There is, however, a nice balcony (protected from the rain) at your disposal for smoking.

I'm from Montreal, french speaking but 100% fluent in english. I work as an architect, like good food, good wine, movies, very chill kinda guy.
I know the city like the back of my hand (bars, restaurants, concerts, museums, you name it!) so you'll have you're own guide right at home!
The thing I love most about travel is meeting new people so I can't wait to be able to that right at home!
