In addition, both villas offer fully equipped kitchen, spacious living rooms with 43" flat screen TV sets and fast Wi-Fi internet. The outdoor bbqs in both villas are also available for guests that wish to prepare delicious meals at home. There is also plenty of space to safely park the cars for free right beside both villas.
The Modern Villa can host 6 guests in the three double en-suite bedrooms, plus 2 more guests in the living room sofa, convertible to a double bed.

Comfortably located between Heraklion (25km) and Rethymnon (55km), the guest can have quick access to both cities, and enjoy what they have to offer! The airport of Heraklion can be comfortably reached in 30' -35' directly through the motorway, avoiding the usually heavy traffic of Heraklion city.
Agia Pelagia has great beaches within 15' walking distance from the property. The bay offers natural protection from the strong winds of the Cretan sea, which swipe most of the northern beaches of the island throughout the year.
