Hardwood and artistic concrete grace the floors of this one-of-a-kind house. The master suite features a private entrance and a tranquil master bathroom complete with a great bathtub and a dual shower system. The second floor has an open kitchen and living room floor plan with a modern stainless steel kitchen. The living room includes a 55"" LCD TV, an XBox360, SiriusXM, and cable television with Wi-Fi available throughout the home. Also upstairs are an entertainment system, dining table, and half bathroom. The house has a security system and an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen opens to the delightful outside deck which hosts a propane grill and a custom spiral staircase leading up to the rooftop offering spectacular views of the downtown Austin skyline. A fenced-in yard and locking gates surround the property which gladly welcomes pets.
The heart of downtown Austin and the UT football field at Darrell Royal Stadium are only two miles away from the house. The Airport Flyer bus stop is located just blocks away and takes you directly to Austin Bergstrom International Air Port within 10 minutes.

The listing was almost exactly as advertised. This was my first time renting an Air BnB and this place really was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was great and was just a short ride away from downtown. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Couches were very comfortable and was great for our group and allowed us to really interact with each other. My whole party said the beds were very comfortable as well. Lots of towels which was good because we got ht by random thunderstorms. Highly recommend this place.

Fun part of town with outdoor bars and food trucks within walking distance! Fantastic rooftop with great views to boot. Clean, nice rooms and solid, open common area. Had a group of 10 girls, and we were comfortable space-wise. Had no "traffic" problems when we were all showering/getting ready to go out.
The house is beautiful and it is a great location. I think in another scenario it could have been a great stay. The house lacked the fundamental things that we needed to make it work.
6 Adults and a baby. We where there as a work group for SXSW + 1 wife and baby. We worked 100+ hours that week building a tent and then managing it. We needed comfort, space and washing machine capabilities.
The house had'nt been cleared out to fit it's guests. Closets and draws where full. Master bedroom had 1 draw - 1x2 foot to accommodate the clothes for a week for 2 adults. The small bedrooms and Bathrooms alike. Called in with the request to have more space created, but no one from the service agency arrived to remove.
All week the washing machine didn't work. With us building/manning a SXSW a tent for 16hrs x 6days and having a baby in the house it was an extremely inconvenience not to be able to wash our clothes. This was called out upon arrival and never fixed.
Sheets missing for 2/5 beds when we where going to bed, people ended up sleeping in their dirty clothes on the couches. Sheets arrived the next day.
Heater problems in the bedrooms. Baby's room was freezing. Even though it was called out as fixed, it never worked.
When you are there for work these are fundamental things you need. What could have comfortable stay, became unbearable. I actually ended up leaving early to move to friends house where I could wash my clothes. If want to charge $8000 a week, these are things that need to be functioning. You cant just rent out your home and not think that it is'nt work for you as a landlord. Your personal things need to be removed, your machines need to work. Unfortunately we would have been better off at a hotel and it would have been cheaper.
The house is beautiful and it is a great location. If they just address the above I'm sure any future stay will be great.
