It’s in a very well kept and clean condo in the Bodden Town area. The outside property is cleaned every day 364 days a year!

The place is silent, quiet and safe with a night guard, away from the packed&crowded 7Miles Beach.
Private parking.
You will have your total privacy on the second floor of the townhouse (reachable with a circular stair), in your secluded master bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed, wood floor, private en suite bathroom and a big shower. Features an electric height adjustable standing desk is available if you want to work while watching the ocean (fast wifi).
The private room is in a townhouse shared with the owner who has his own private deroom and bathroom at the first floor.
At my place you will experience the tranquility of enjoying:
- having a drink or meal, or just relaxing on a lounge chair on the patio while watching and listening to the turquoise ocean below.
- SWIMMING in the 40-foot PRIVATE POOL (very clean and well maintained)
- SUNBATHING on the lounge chairs by the POOL or on the wood dock or by the exclusive beach under the palm trees.
SWIMMING and SNORKELING from the beach. It’s shallow with turtle grass, so you may have chances to see turtles here while exploring the barrier reef :))
- COOKING: sharing and trying cooking receipts with me (yes, I am a foodie!)
- USE the kitchen, fridge, freezer, pantry, espresso coffee machine, toaster
- SCUBA DIVERS: I am 15 minutes driving from the famous dive shop Ocean Frontieres (they do pickup and drop off for free at my place) or if you want to save money, you can rent a tank and do shore diving (you will need a buddy to dive, I will be happy to dive with you, if I am available!). You will have space to dry your diving gear on my patio
- KITE SURFERS: when the wind is blowing at Eastend you can kite at Colliers Beach, 20 mins drive from my place!
- BUSINESS PEOPLE as well will enjoy working at my quite and silent place, with a dedicated electric height adjustable standing desk and office chair in the room.
If you stay at my place, you can travel with a light baggage since I am providing:
- bed linen
- bathroom towels
- shampoo, body wash, soap, sunscreen, moisturizing lotion etc.
- beach towels.
I have been living here for a long time so I will be more than happy to give you all the information you want on how to spend your time, from the island attractions, the magic hidden places that few people know, the coolest or the cheapest places to eat or drink. I have great deals for Stingray City trips or Dolphin Discovery or bioluminescence trips.

The apartment is licensed by the Cayman Island Department of Tourism. It has passed the Dept of Fire, Health and Tourism inspections.

Last, but not least: MY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE FLEXIBLE: if you need it, I'll do my best to plan them according to YOUR arrival and departure times. ;-))
