This newly updated studio apartment is located in downtown Dunedin on Main Street.
The large private balcony is the real gem.
Inside you’ll find quality furnishings and attention to detail throughout. We are centrally located to both Tampa and St. Pete.
Our award winning white sandy beaches are a short drive from the unit.
Steps from your door you’ll find shopping breweries and dining options to please just about all.

This unit is above a Pub/Bar, noise may be an issue.

The space
Relax in this newly built studio apartment that over looks Delightful Dunedin with your own private balcony.

With plenty of room inside and out you'll enjoy the well equipped kitchen with a 4 burner cooktop, a standard refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The kitchen Island with 2 bar stools is a great place to sit and work on your laptop. If working isn’t in your plans it’s a prime spot to eat a home cooked meal or enjoy take out from a local eatery.

The queen size bed has a pillow top mattress and is plush and inviting. Large closets are a great for storing your belongings out of the way. A chaise in the corner of the unit is a great place to relax and read a book or take a quick nap. A large Smart TV with cable can be viewed from anywhere in the unit.

The bathroom has great natural light and a walk in shower.

The unit also has a washer and dryer for you to use. WiFi is also available.

This unit is over a Irish Pub/Bar and is located in the downtown district . Although we are a small town our downtown is bustling and alive. If you are looking for a quiet place to settle this might not be the place for you. If enjoying what our cute town has to offer and living like a local this might be the place.

Other things to note
No pets permitted on site.

No smoking in building.

If either a pet is found onsite or smoking of any kind is found a $500 fee will be added to your stay.


This unit is over a Irish Pub.
Live Irish music is often played and enjoyed.
Noise might be an issue.
The Pub is open until 3 am, music stops by 12am.

We have security cameras located in the outside hallway/common area of the building. All cameras are visible, (front door , front hall, back hall and back stairway)

Neighborhood highlights

Dunedin is a great town that is accessible by foot for most. Lots of eateries, breweries, bars and shops will keep you busy. The beaches are close and definitely worth a visit. We also host the Toronto Blue Jays for Spring Training! Clearwater Beach is 8 miles away. Caladesi Island is a 4 mile drive. Neighboring towns include Palm Harbor, Ozona, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar and Clearwater. Tampa is a 30 minute drive. St. Petersburg is a 30 minute drive. Orlando is 2 hours away.
