two cozy double bedrooms/living units with comfortable shower room, well equipped, in the basement of a detached house, in the center of Wacken, 8 min. from the A23. Quiet cul-de-sac position, car parking is available. Bicycles/e-bikes can be stored safely in the garage. The front garden with seating and sun loungers can be used gladly.

The space
Through the main entrance and the open stairwell it goes into the very well developed basement. The bedrooms with windows, each offer a double bed 2x2m, bed linen, wardrobe, hangers, large Mirror, armchair or sofa and large TV.
One third bed per room, can be booked for a small extra charge. Bathroom with window, shower, underfloor heating, towel radiator, large mirror and plenty of storage space.
